Abstract
Description
金型の内面上に少なくとも1つの強化層を配置するステップと、

分解性膜を少なくとも部分的に少なくとも1つの真空フィルムによって被覆するステップと、
真空フィルムと金型との間の領域に真空を生ぜしめるステップと、
真空によってこの領域に樹脂を注入するステップと、
樹脂を硬化させるステップと、を含み、
方法は、真空フィルムと前記金型との間の領域に真空を生ぜしめた後、樹脂が完全に硬化する前に、膜材料の物理的または化学的変化を誘発することによって分解性膜の分解を開始することを含む。
Claims (13)
- 複合材を製造する方法において、
金型(6,6a,6b)の内面上に少なくとも1つの強化層(2,3,4)を配置するステップと、
前記少なくとも1つの強化層(2,3,4)の最も外側の強化層(2)上に分解性膜(1)を位置決めするステップであって、該分解性膜(1)は、少なくとも1つの強化層よりも低い通気性を有する材料から形成されている、ステップと、
前記少なくとも1つの強化層(2,3,4)を前記金型(6,6a,6b)の前記内面に向かって押し付けるように前記金型(6,6a,6b)の前記内面と前記分解性膜(1)との間に吸引を提供するステップと、
前記分解性膜(1)を少なくとも部分的に少なくとも1つの真空フィルム(9)によって被覆するステップと、
該真空フィルム(9)と前記金型(6,6a,6b)との間の領域に真空を生ぜしめるステップと、
該真空によって前記領域に樹脂を注入するステップと、
該樹脂を硬化させるステップと、を含み、
前記方法は、前記真空フィルム(9)と前記金型(6)との間の領域に真空を生ぜしめた後、前記樹脂が完全に硬化する前に、膜材料の物理的または化学的変化を誘発することによって前記分解性膜(1)の分解を開始することを含むことを特徴とする、複合材を製造する方法。 - 前記分解性膜(1)の分解は、真空内への気体としてまたは樹脂の部分として導入された分解剤によって開始される、請求項1記載の方法。
- 前記樹脂、例えば不飽和ポリエステル材料は、溶剤を含み、前記分解性膜(1)は、溶剤含有樹脂に溶解可能な材料、例えば、合成プラスチック材料から形成されている、請求項1または2記載の方法。
- 前記樹脂は、スチレンを含み、前記分解性膜(1)は、ポリスチレンを含む材料から形成されている、請求項1から3までのいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 前記樹脂は、アクリレート、メタクリレートまたは希釈剤を含み、前記分解性膜(1)は、それぞれの樹脂に溶解可能な材料を含む、請求項1から3までのいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 前記分解性膜(1)の分解は、該分解性膜に水を提供することによって開始され、前記分解性膜(1)は、水において溶解可能または分解性の材料を含む、請求項1から5までのいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 前記分解性膜(1)の分解は、溶剤以外の化学物質への前記分解性膜(1)の露出によって開始される、請求項1から6までのいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 前記分解性膜(1)の分解は、所定温度よりも高い温度に前記分解性膜(1)を加熱することによって開始される、請求項1から7までのいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 前記分解性膜(1)の分解は、該分解性膜(1)の昇華を誘発することによって開始される、請求項1から8までのいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 前記分解性膜(1)の分解は、前記真空フィルム(9)と前記金型(6,6a,6b)との間の領域における真空条件の変化によって開始される、請求項1から9までのいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 前記分解性膜(1)の分解は、光への前記分解性膜(1)の露出または分子分解によって開始される、請求項1から10までのいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 前記分解性膜(1)は、該分解性膜(1)が少なくとも1つの強化層(2,3,4)の最も外側の強化層(2)の上に位置決めされたときに、完全に不透過性であるかまたは部分的に透過性である、例えば穿孔されている、請求項1から11までのいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 前記分解性膜(1)は、剛性である、伸縮性である、キャリヤ媒体に取り付けられているおよび/または最も外側の強化層(2)の上またはキャリヤ媒体の上に直接に形成されている、請求項1から12までのいずれか1項記載の方法。
