Description
Claims (20)
- 大量の高圧圧縮天然ガス(CNG)または大量の液化天然ガス(LNG)を格納する際に用いられる貯蔵タンクであって、
前記貯蔵タンクは、
約90度離間して配置され、剛性を有し、略垂直方向に配置され、それぞれ縦軸と第1および第2の端部とを有する4つの垂直方向の中空管状壁と、
剛性を有し、略水平方向に配置され、前記垂直方向の中空管状壁の前記第1の端部それぞれを相互に連結し、流体を連通させる縦軸をそれぞれ有する4つの上側の水平方向の中空管状壁と、
剛性を有し、略水平方向に配置され、前記垂直方向の中空管状壁の前記第2の端部それぞれを相互に連結し、流体を連通させる縦軸をそれぞれ有する4つの下側の水平方向の中空管状壁と、を備え、
前記上側の水平方向の中空管状壁と、前記下側の水平方向の中空管状壁と、前記垂直方向の管状壁とは、内部流体格納チャンバを定義する6つの側面を有する立方体形状のタンク構造を形成し、
前記貯蔵タンクは、さらに、
中央の貯蔵流体チャンバを定義するために、隣接する前記上側の水平方向の中空管状壁と、前記下側の水平方向の中空管状壁と、前記垂直方向の中空管状壁との外面に接続される前記タンクの前記6つの側面の各側面に配置される閉止プレートと、
前記タンクの前記6つの側面のうちの少なくとも4つ側面で、前記下側の水平方向の中空管状壁の前記外面に接続され、前記内部流体格納チャンバおよび前記中央の貯蔵流体チャンバに格納された前記流体から静的および動的負荷に対して前記タンクを補強するように操作可能であるタンク支持部と、を備える貯蔵タンク。 - 前記タンク支持部は、基部と、前記基部に接続され前記タンクの前記少なくとも4つの側面から外方に延在する複数の垂直方向の支柱とをさらに備える請求項1に記載の貯蔵タンク。
- 前記複数の垂直方向の支柱は、第1の中央の垂直方向の支柱と第2の中央の垂直方向の支柱とをさらに備え、
前記第1の中央の垂直方向の支柱および前記第2の中央の垂直方向の支柱は、前記基部に接続され前記基部から上方に延在し、前記タンクの隣接する4つの側面の前記外面および前記閉止プレートそれぞれに外接する請求項2に記載の貯蔵タンク。 - 前記第1の中央の垂直方向の支柱および前記第2の中央の垂直方向の支柱は、それぞれ4つの垂直方向のガセット板をさらに備え、
前記ガセット板はそれぞれ隣接する水平方向の中空管状壁に外接し、隣接する7つの前記ガセット板に接続される請求項3に記載の貯蔵タンク。 - 中央の水平方向の支柱をさらに備え、
前記水平方向の支柱は、前記垂直方向の中空管状壁に外接する4つの水平方向のガセット板を備え、
前記4つの水平方向のガセット板はそれぞれ、他の3つの前記水平方向のガセット板に接続し、前記垂直方向のガセット板と相互に連結する請求項4に記載の貯蔵タンク。 - 前記複数の垂直方向の支柱は、前記タンクの4つの側面それぞれかつ隣接する4つの側面の前記外面に外接する少なくとも3つの垂直方向の支柱をさらに備える請求項2に記載の貯蔵タンク。
- 前記垂直方向の支柱は、前記水平方向の中空管状壁の前記外面の輪郭に略一致し、連続的に接続する請求項2に記載の貯蔵タンク。
- 前記それぞれのタンク側から外方に延在し、前記それぞれのタンク側の前記垂直方向の支柱を相互に連結する少なくとも2つの横軸の支柱をさらに備える請求項2に記載の貯蔵タンク。
- 前記少なくとも2つの横軸の支柱は、複数の横軸の支柱を含む請求項8に記載の貯蔵タンク。
- 前記少なくとも2つの横軸の支柱は、略水平方向に配置される請求項8に記載の貯蔵タンク。
- 前記少なくとも2つの横軸の支柱は、前記4つの隣接するタンク側に外接する請求項8に記載の貯蔵タンク。
- 前記基部は、前記タンクの前記6つの側面の底面から下方に延在する相互に連結する複数の支柱をさらに備える請求項2に記載の貯蔵タンク。
- 前記水平方向の中空管状壁のうちの少なくとも1つの前記水平方向の中空管状壁の内部に配置され、前記縦軸に対して直角な隔壁をさらに備え、
前記隔壁は、前記隔壁を介して流体の流れを制限可能にする少なくとも1つの開口を画定する請求項2に記載の貯蔵タンク。 - 前記隔壁は、前記水平方向の中空管状壁それぞれの円筒状の断面積を補強するよう構成される剛性を有する外面と、
少なくとも一つの開口を画定する可撓性の膜内側部と、を含む請求項11に記載の貯蔵タンク。 - 前記隔壁は、前記上側の水平方向の中空管状壁と前記下側の水平方向の中空管状壁とのそれぞれに配置される請求項13に記載の貯蔵タンク。
- 前記下側の水平方向の中空管状壁のうちの少なくとも1つは、前記内部流体チャンバを前記中央の貯蔵流体チャンバとの間で前記流体を連通させるよう配置する貫通ポートを画定する請求項1に記載の貯蔵タンク。
- 吸入ポートと、前記内部流体チャンバに対して流体を連通させる少なくとも1つのパイプとを備える充填タワーをさらに備える請求項1に記載の貯蔵タンク。
- 大量の高圧圧縮天然ガス(CNG)または大量の液化天然ガス(LNG)を格納する際に用いられる貯蔵タンクであって、
前記貯蔵タンクは、
約90度離間して配置され、剛性を有し、略垂直方向に配置され、それぞれ縦軸と第1および第2の端部とを有する4つの垂直方向の中空管状壁と、
剛性を有し、略水平方向に配置され、前記垂直方向の中空管状壁の前記第1の端部それぞれを相互に連結し、流体を連通させる縦軸をそれぞれ有する4つの上側の水平方向の中空管状壁と、
剛性を有し、略水平方向に配置され、前記垂直方向の中空管状壁の前記第2の端部それぞれを相互に連結し、流体を連通させる縦軸をそれぞれ有する4つの下側の水平方向の中空管状壁と、を備え、
前記上側の水平方向の中空管状壁と、前記下側の水平方向の中空管状壁と、前記垂直方向の管状壁とは、内部流体格納チャンバを定義する6つの側面を有する立方体形状のタンク構造を形成し、
前記貯蔵タンクは、さらに、
中央の貯蔵流体チャンバを定義するために、隣接する前記上側の水平方向の中空管状壁と、前記下側の水平方向の中空管状壁と、前記垂直方向の中空管状壁との外面に接続される前記タンクの前記6つの側面の各側面に配置される閉止プレートと、
前記内部流体格納チャンバおよび前記中央の貯蔵流体チャンバに格納された前記流体から静的および動的負荷に対して前記タンクを補強するように操作可能であり、前記タンクの前記6つの側面の底面から下方に延在する相互に連結する複数の支柱を有する基部を備えるタンク支持部と、
前記基部に接続され、前記タンクの頂上側および前記タンクの2つの対向する直立側面から外方へ延在する第1の中央の垂直方向の支柱と、
前記基部に接続され、前記タンクの前記頂上側および前記第1の中央の垂直方向の支柱ではない前記タンクの他の2つの対向する直立側面から外方へ延在する第2の中央の垂直方向の支柱と、
前記水平方向の管状壁のうちの少なくとも1つの水平方向の管状壁の内部に配置され、前記縦軸に対して直角な隔壁であって、前記隔壁を介して流体の流れを制限するための少なくとも1つの開口を画定する隔壁と、を備える貯蔵タンク。 - 前記第1の中央の垂直方向の支柱および前記第2の中央の垂直方向の支柱は、それぞれ4つの垂直方向のガセット板をさらに備え、
前記ガセット板はそれぞれ隣接する水平方向の中空管状壁に外接し、隣接する7つの前記ガセット板に接続される請求項18に記載の貯蔵タンク。 - 中央の垂直方向の支柱をさらに備え、
前記垂直方向の支柱は、前記4つの垂直方向の中空管状壁にそれぞれ外接する4つの水平方向のガセット板を備え、
前記4つの水平方向のガセット板はそれぞれ、他の3つの前記水平方向のガセット板に接続し、前記垂直方向のガセット板に相互に連結する請求項19に記載の貯蔵タンク。
