Abstract
Description
る動力作動型工具が開示されている。このような動力工具では、スピンドルはその回転を駆動するスピンドルの内部に同軸に配置されている駆動軸にスプライン結合を介して接続される内溝を備えている。さらに、スピンドルは外ネジを備え、スピンドルを前後に送るための対応するネジスリーブが外ネジに設けられている。
それぞれ第一及び第二の歯車結合に対応する。

Claims (13)
- 空気圧モーター(13)を有する空気圧式動力工具の駆動装置であって、
駆動装置が切削要素を装着するスピンドル(11)を有し、スピンドル(11)が前記モーター(13)に駆動接続され、スピンドル(11)の外側にネジ(21)及び軸方向溝(22)の両方を備え、スピンドル(11)の駆動回転が、モーターの出力軸(16)に対して一定の速度で回転するようにスピンドル(11)の軸方向溝(22)と係合し且つモーター(13)に駆動接続される駆動歯車(23)によって駆動され、また、送り歯車(25)が前記スピンドル(11)に螺入され、送り歯車(25)がスピンドル(11)を前進及び後退させるためにスピンドル(11)に対して回転することができる駆動装置において、
送り歯車(25)が中間送り歯車(29)で駆動され、
中間送り歯車(29)が第一及び第二の歯車接続部をそれぞれ介してモーター(13)に交換自在に駆動接続可能であり、
第一歯車接続部で送り歯車(25)に対してスピンドル(11)を前進させ且つ第二歯車接続部で送り歯車(25)に対してスピンドル(11)を後退させるように中間送り歯車(29)が設けられていること
を特徴とする駆動装置。 - 中間駆動歯車(28)がモーター(13)に駆動接続され、第一歯車軸(19)に対して自由に回転するよう第一歯車軸(19)の周囲に軸支され、中間駆動歯車(28)が駆動歯車(23)と歯合状態であり、中間送り歯車(29)が送り歯車(25)と歯合(30)し、第一の歯車軸(19)と係合(31)する第一の歯車位置と中間駆動歯車(28)と係合する第二の歯車位置との間を上記歯車軸(19)に沿って同軸で摺動するよう構成され、中間送り歯車(29)の第一及び第二の歯車位置がそれぞれ第一及び第二の歯車接続部に対応することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の駆動装置。
- 直接係合を介して中間駆動歯車(28)を駆動し且つ別個の結合部品(18、45;20、46、42)を介して第一歯車軸(19)を駆動する第二歯車軸(17)が設けられ、前記第一歯車軸(19)が中間駆動歯車(28)よりも速い回転速度で回転するように設けられることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の駆動装置。
- 別個の結合部品(18、45;20、46、42)がクラッチスリーブ(42)を備え、クラッチスリーブ(42)が第二歯車軸(17)に回転係合され且つ第二歯車軸(17)に沿って同軸で摺動するよう構成され、クラッチスリーブ(42)が第二の結合部との滑らかな歯合に向けてバネ作用(FA)を備えたトルク制限バネ(41)によってバネ負荷が掛けられ、次いで第一歯車軸(19)の第一結合部(20)と駆動係合され、クラッチスリーブ(42)と第二の結合部(18)との間に作用するトルク(T)がクラッチスリーブ(42)のバネ作用(FA)で画定された閾値トルク値(TA)を超えると、前記滑らかな歯合が途絶えることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の駆動装置。
- 第一結合部(20)と第二結合部(18)との間の駆動係合が一次送りカセット歯車(45)及び相互接続された二次送りカセット歯車(46)を備える交換可能な送りカセット(44)によって達成され、第一の歯車比が第一結合部(20)に一次送りカセット歯車(45)を又第二結合部(18)に二次送りカセット歯車(46)を係合することによって達成でき、異なる第二の歯車比が第一結合部(20)に第二送りカセット歯車(46)を又第二結合部(18)に一次送りカセット歯車(45)を係合することによって達成できることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の駆動装置。
- 後退バネ(33)が中間駆動歯車(28)と係合する第二の歯車位置内に中間送り歯車(29)を押すように設けられ、中間駆動歯車(28)とではなく第一の歯車軸(19)と係合する第二の歯車位置内に中間送り歯車(29)を押すために、中間送り歯車(29)に反対方向に作用させるための空気圧が密封チャンバ(35)内に設けられ、空気圧が加えられると後退バネ(33)の作用を無効にするようにされていることを特徴とする請求項2〜5の何れか一項に記載の駆動装置。
- クラッチスリーブ(42)がトルク制限バネ(41)の作用に抗して摺動し、第二結合部(18)とのその滑らかな歯合が途絶えると、クラッチスリーブ(42)の動作がチャンバ(35)内の圧力を放出するようにして前記クラッチスリーブ(42)がチャンバ(35)に空気圧式に接続(35)され、それによって中間送り歯車(29)が第一の歯車軸と係合する第一の歯車位置から外れて中間駆動歯車(28)と係合する第二の歯車位置内に摺動することを特徴とする請求項4に従属する請求項6に記載の駆動装置。
- 中間送り歯車(29)が軸受(50)を介してシリンダ(32)と軸方向に接続され、シリンダ(32)が第一歯車軸(19)に沿って同軸で摺動するよう構成され、後退バネ(33)によってまた反対方向には圧力チャンバ(35)内の圧力によって作用され、直接的にはシリンダ(32)の位置によって、間接的には後退バネ(33)の作用及びシリンダ(32)に作用するチャンバ(35)内の圧力によって、中間送り歯車(29)の軸方向位置が制御されることを特徴とする請求項7に記載の駆動装置。
- 中間送り歯車(29)と中間駆動歯車(28)との係合が後退バネ(33)の作用により一体で保持される滑らかな歯合によって達成されることを特徴とする請求項8に記載の駆動装置。
- スピンドル(11)の後退の初期段階において、中間駆動歯車(28)との係合から中間送り歯車(29)が外れるのを制限する保持機構(39)が設けられることを特徴とする請求項9に記載の駆動装置。
- シリンダ(32)の位置が工具の制御ユニット(52)に空気圧式に接続され、中間送り歯車(29)と中間駆動歯車(28)との間の滑らかな歯合が途絶えると、シリンダ(32)が操作を中断させるために制御ユニット(52)に空気圧信号を発生させ、シリンダ(32)が後退バネ(33)の作用に抗して摺動することを特徴とする請求項9又は10に記載の駆動装置。
- 制御ユニット(52)が動作を中断する命令に応じて工具の主弁(14)を閉じるように信号を送ることを特徴とする請求項11に記載の駆動装置。
- 請求項1〜12のいずれか一項に記載の空気圧モーター(13)及び駆動装置を備えることを特徴とする空気圧式動力工具。
