Abstract
Description
次に、本発明の実施例2に係るモータ駆動装置について説明する。図9は、本発明の実施例2に係るモータ駆動装置の構成図である。実施例2に係るモータ駆動装置102が、実施例1に係るモータ駆動装置101と異なっている点は、スイッチングパターンを複数種類実行したときの複数の電流検出回路で検出された各相間の電流の状態及びスイッチングパターンを記憶する記憶部71をさらに有する点である。実施例2に係るモータ駆動装置102の他の構成は、実施例1に係るモータ駆動装置101の構成と同様であるので、詳細な説明は省略する。

Claims (4)
- 複数のスイッチング素子を備え、直流電流をモータ駆動用の三相の交流電流に変換する三相インバータと、
前記三相インバータからモータへ三相の交流電流を供給する各相の動力線に流れる電流を検出する複数の電流検出回路と、
前記複数の電流検出回路により検出された電流に基づいて、異常の有無を検出し、異常検出結果を出力する電流異常検出部と、
前記電流異常検出部が出力した異常検出結果に基づいて、前記三相インバータの複数のスイッチング素子及び動力線の故障の有無を診断するための故障診断開始信号を出力する故障診断開始部と、
前記故障診断開始部からの故障診断開始信号に基づいて、三相のうちの選択した二相のスイッチング素子及び動力線を通じて、選択した二相間に電流が流れるように前記三相インバータの複数のスイッチング素子を選択的にスイッチングするスイッチングパターンを複数種類実行するための指令を出力するインバータスイッチング指令部と、
前記インバータスイッチング指令部からの指令に基づいて前記複数のスイッチング素子を選択的にスイッチングしたときに、前記電流検出回路で検出された電流を解析する電流解析部と、
前記電流解析部から出力された電流解析結果及び前記スイッチングパターンに基づいて、故障個所を判定する故障個所判定部と、
を有することを特徴とするモータ駆動装置。 - 前記スイッチングパターンを複数種類実行したときの前記複数の電流検出回路で検出された各相間の電流の状態及び前記スイッチングパターンを記憶する記憶部をさらに有する、請求項1に記載のモータ駆動装置。
- 前記故障個所判定部は、前記憶部に記憶された電流の状態及びスイッチングパターンに基づいて、電流が異常となったスイッチングパターンを分析して、前記複数のスイッチング素子の故障か動力線の故障かを特定する、請求項2に記載のモータ駆動装置。
- 前記故障個所判定部の判定結果に基づいて故障個所を出力する故障個所出力部をさらに有する、請求項1乃至3のいずれか一項に記載のモータ駆動装置。
