Abstract
Description
本発明の第1実施形態について図面を参照して説明する。図1、図2および図3に示すように、本実施形態で示される送風装置は、自動車の冷媒放熱器10およびラジエータ20の冷却に用いられる送風装置として構成されたものである。送風装置は、シュラウド30と、送風ファン40と、モータ50と、を備えて構成されている。
次に、本発明の第2実施形態について図4に基づいて説明する。本第2実施形態は、上記第1実施形態と比較して、リング部43のツバ部44における空気流れ上流側端部45の形状が異なるものである。
次に、本発明の第3実施形態について図5に基づいて説明する。本第3実施形態は、上記第1実施形態と比較して、リング部43のツバ部44における空気流れ上流側端部45の形状が異なるものである。
本発明は上述の実施形態に限定されることなく、本発明の趣旨を逸脱しない範囲内で、以下のように種々変形可能である。

Claims (4)
- 回転駆動されて空気流を発生する軸流式の送風ファン(40)と、
前記送風ファン(40)に吸込される空気の吸込口部(32)と、前記送風ファン(40)から空気を吹き出す吹出口部(31)とが形成されたシュラウド(30)とを備える送風装置であって、
前記送風ファン(40)は、
回転中心に設けられるボス部(41)から放射状に延びるとともに、回転方向に相互に離間して配設された複数のブレード(42)と、
前記複数のブレード(42)の外周端部同士を周状に接続するリング部(43)とを有しており、
前記リング部(43)における空気流れ上流側端部(45)は、空気流れ上流側に向かうにつれて前記送風ファン(40)における回転軸の径方向の外側に位置するように構成されていることを特徴とする送風装置。 - 前記リング部(43)における空気流れ上流側端部(45)は、前記回転軸の周方向から見たときに、前記回転軸の径方向の外側に向けて凸となる断面円弧状に形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の送風装置。
- 前記リング部(43)における空気流れ上流側端部(45)は、空気流れ上流側に向かうにつれて前記回転軸の径方向の外側に直線的に傾斜するように構成されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の送風装置。
- 前記リング部(43)の空気流れ上流側の端部には、前記回転軸の径方向外側に向かって延びるツバ部(44)が接続されており、
前記ツバ部(44)におけるにおける空気流れ上流側端部(45)は、空気流れ上流側に向かうにつれて前記送風ファン(40)における回転軸の径方向の外側に位置するように構成されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の送風装置。
