Claims (26)
- プラスチック材質の食品容器において、
前記食品容器の表面に形成される複数のナノ構造体と、
前記ナノ構造体が形成された前記表面上側にコーティングされる第1疎水性薄膜と、
を含むことを特徴とするナノ構造の疎水性表面を有する食品容器。 - 前記食品容器の表面と前記第1疎水性薄膜との間に形成されるガス遮断膜をさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のナノ構造の疎水性表面を有する食品容器。
- 前記食品容器の表面と前記ガス遮断膜との間に形成される第2疎水性薄膜をさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項2に記載のナノ構造の疎水性表面を有する食品容器。
- 前記ナノ構造体は、ナノピラー、ナノロッド、ナノドットまたはナノワイヤのうちいずれか一つの形状で形成されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のナノ構造の疎水性表面を有する食品容器。
- 前記ナノ構造体は、幅が1ないし100nmで、高さが1ないし1000nmであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のナノ構造の疎水性表面を有する食品容器。
- 前記第1疎水性薄膜の接触角は、90゜以上であり、その接触角の履歴は30゜未満であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のナノ構造の疎水性表面を有する食品容器。
- 前記第1疎水性薄膜と前記ガス遮断膜との厚さの和は、前記ナノ構造体高さの半分以下であることを特徴とする請求項2に記載のナノ構造の疎水性表面を有する食品容器。
- 前記第1疎水性薄膜、前記ガス遮断膜及び前記第2疎水性薄膜の厚さの和は、前記ナノ構造体高さの半分以下であることを特徴とする請求項3に記載のナノ構造の疎水性表面を有する食品容器。
- 前記第1疎水性薄膜は、ヘキサメチルジシロキサンで形成されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のナノ構造の疎水性表面を有する食品容器。
- 前記ガス遮断膜は、酸化シリコンで形成されることを特徴とする請求項2に記載のナノ構造の疎水性表面を有する食品容器。
- 前記第2疎水性薄膜は、ヘキサメチルジシロキサンで形成されることを特徴とする請求項3に記載のナノ構造の疎水性表面を有する食品容器。
- 前記ガス遮断膜と前記第1及び第2疎水性薄膜が不連続的に結合されていることを特徴とする請求項3に記載のナノ構造の疎水性表面を有する食品容器。
- 前記ガス遮断膜と前記第1及び第2疎水性薄膜が相互間化学的造成が連続的に変化することによって連続的に結合されていることを特徴とする請求項3に記載のナノ構造の疎水性表面を有する食品容器。
- プラスチック材質の食品容器の表面に複数のナノ構造体を形成するナノ構造体の形成段階と、
前記ナノ構造体が形成された前記表面上側に第1疎水性薄膜をコーティングする第1疎水性薄膜のコーティング段階と、
を含むことを特徴とするナノ構造の疎水性表面を有する食品容器の製造方法。 - 前記ナノ構造体の形成段階と前記第1疎水性薄膜のコーティング段階との間で行われ、前記ナノ構造体が形成された前記表面上側にガス遮断膜をコーティングするガス遮断膜のコーティング段階をさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項14に記載のナノ構造の疎水性表面を有する食品容器の製造方法。
- 前記ナノ構造体の形成段階と前記ガス遮断膜のコーティング段階との間に行われ、前記ナノ構造体が形成された前記表面上側に第2疎水性薄膜をコーティングする第2疎水性薄膜のコーティング段階をさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項15に記載のナノ構造の疎水性表面を有する食品容器の製造方法。
- 前記ナノ構造体は、ナノピラー、ナノロッド、ナノドットまたはナノワイヤのうちいずれか一つの形状で形成されることを特徴とする請求項14に記載のナノ構造の疎水性表面を有する食品容器の製造方法。
- 前記ナノ構造体は、幅が1ないし100nmで、高さが1ないし1000nmであることを特徴とする請求項14に記載のナノ構造の疎水性表面を有する食品容器の製造方法。

- 前記第1疎水性薄膜は、ヘキサメチルジシロキサンで形成されることを特徴とする請求項14に記載のナノ構造の疎水性表面を有する食品容器の製造方法。
- 前記ガス遮断膜は、酸化シリコンで形成されることを特徴とする請求項15に記載のナノ構造の疎水性表面を有する食品容器の製造方法。
