Abstract
Description
−遠位関節部分は、上記近位壁の内面に近接するように寸法決めされる外周縁を有し、頂点を有する凸状の遠位面を有し、上記頂点は近位スタッドの長手方向軸上に実質的に位置し、
−固定部材は、湾曲した形状及び頂点を有する、上記近位キャビティの底部に配置される弾性変形可能な要素を含み、当該弾性変形可能な要素の上記頂点は、上記近位キャビティの軸上に実質的に位置し、上記凸状の遠位面は上記弾性変形可能な要素に当接し、当該弾性変形可能な要素は、近位スタッドが別の位置へ移動することを妨げることなくスタッドを所定の位置に保つことが可能である摩擦を上記遠位関節部分と上記外周近位リムとの間に発生させるよう、上記遠位関節部分を上記外周近位リムに対して連続的に押圧するように恒久的に弾性変形する。
−上記近位キャビティの底部に当接することを意図する外周当接縁、
−近位キャビティの底部の方に向かうことを意図する、その両面のうちの一方の中空面、及び
−上記遠位関節部分の方に向かうことを意図する突出面
を画定する。
−上記近位キャビティの底部に当接する外周当接縁、
−上記近位キャビティの底部の方に向かうことを意図する、その両面のうちの一方の中空面、及び
−上記遠位関節部分7の方に向かうことを意図する突出面
を画定する。
−その突出面に、外周縁のマークによって互いから分離される3つの連続的な面10a〜10c、すなわち、円錐状の下側面10a、その頂角が上記下側面の頂角よりも大きい円錐状の中間面10b、及び、弾性変形可能な要素10の軸に対して垂直な上側中央面10c;並びに、
−その中空面に、2つの連続的な面10d、10e、すなわち、円錐状の下側面10d、及び、その頂角が上記円錐状の下側面10dの頂角よりも大きい円錐状の上側面10e
を有する。
−上記面9のそれぞれの頂点と、基部2の軸上に実質的に位置したままである要素10との間の接触面を得ること、及び、
−上記面9の外周と上記要素10の外周との間にリセス12を得ることであって、これは、スタッド3が傾いたときに面9の外周が要素10の外周に当接しないことを意味する、リセス12を得ること
を同時に可能にする。
Claims (7)
- 脊椎骨接合器具の固定部材(1)であって、近位キャビティの内部の境界を定める外周近位壁(5)を含む固定基部(2)、及び前記近位キャビティ内に受け入れられる遠位関節部分(7)を含む近位スタッド(3)を含み、前記近位壁(5)は、前記近位キャビティの軸に向かう向きである外周近位リム(6)を含み、前記遠位関節部分(7)が前記近位キャビティ内に保持されることを確実にし;前記近位キャビティは軸を有し、前記近位壁は前記近位キャビティの側に内面を有し、前記近位スタッドは長手方向軸を有し、
−前記遠位関節部分(7)は、前記近位壁(5)の内面に近接するように寸法決めされる外周縁を有し、頂点を有する凸状の遠位面(9)を有し、前記頂点は前記近位スタッド(3)の軸上に実質的に位置すること;及び
−該固定部材(1)は、湾曲した形状及び頂点を有する、前記近位キャビティの底部に配置される弾性変形可能な要素(10)を含み、該弾性変形可能な要素の前記頂点は、前記近位キャビティの軸上に実質的に位置し、前記凸状の遠位面(9)は前記弾性変形可能な要素(10)に当接し、該弾性変形可能な要素(10)は、前記近位スタッド(3)が別の位置へ移動することを妨げることなく前記スタッドを所定の位置に保つことが可能である摩擦を前記遠位関節部分(7)と前記外周近位リム(6)との間に発生させるために、前記遠位関節部分(7)を前記外周近位リム(6)に対して連続的に押圧するように恒久的に弾性変形することを特徴とする、固定部材。 - 固定部材(1)であって、前記弾性変形可能な要素(10)は湾曲した壁によって形成され、該湾曲した壁は、該壁の厚さ方向に圧縮可能ではない材料から作られ、前記要素は:
−前記近位キャビティの底部に当接することを意図する外周当接縁、
−前記近位キャビティの底部の方に向かうことを意図する、その両面のうちの一方の中空面、及び
−前記遠位関節部分(7)の方に向かうことを意図する突出面
を画定することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の固定部材。 - 固定部材(1)であって、前記弾性変形可能な要素(10)の前記湾曲した壁は、その突出面に、外周縁のマークによって互いから分離される3つの連続的な面、すなわち、円錐状の下側面(10a)、その頂角が前記下側面(10a)の頂角よりも大きい円錐状の中間面(10b)、及び、前記弾性変形可能な要素(10)の軸に対して垂直な上側中央面(10c)を有することを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の固定部材。
- 固定部材(1)であって、前記弾性変形可能な要素(10)の前記湾曲した壁は、その中空面に、2つの連続的な面、すなわち、円錐状の下側面(10d)、及び、その頂角が前記円錐状の下側面(10d)の頂角よりも大きい円錐状の上側面(10e)を有することを特徴とする、請求項2又は3に記載の固定部材。
- 固定部材(1)であって、前記湾曲した壁はPEEK(ポリエーテルエーテルケトン)から作られることを特徴とする、請求項2〜4のいずれか一項に記載の固定部材。
- 固定部材(1)であって、前記外周近位リム(6)は厚くなっており、前記固定基部(2)の軸に向かって湾曲しており、前記固定基部(2)の軸に向かって湾曲している前記近位キャビティの内側近位面を形成することを特徴とする、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の固定部材。
- 固定部材(1)であって、前記外周近位リム(6)は、前記近位スタッド(3)を部分的に受け入れることが可能な一連のノッチ(11)を有し、それによって、前記固定基部(2)に対する前記近位スタッド(3)のより長い移動を可能にすることを特徴とする、請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の固定部材。
