Description
‐高いエネルギ入力を回避するために、場合によってはスタータジェネレータの回転数制御を伴う、スタータジェネレータの負荷の高乃至最大の設定、
‐ブレーキ14の、操作ストロークを介して位置制御される開放、
‐ロータ9及びクランク軸8の回転数の連結の調整、
‐空調コンプレッサの負荷及び運動エネルギの変化によるトルク成分の考慮下での、ブレーキ14の開放中のトルクの相応の反応時の摩擦係数の検出を伴う、スタータジェネレータのトルクの評価。
‐クランク軸8の回転数を僅かに上回るロータ9の好ましい目標回転数を有する回転数制御でのスタータジェネレータの運転、
‐ブレーキ14の、操作ストロークを介して位置制御される閉鎖、
‐スタータジェネレータのトルク及び/又はロータ9の回転数の評価、並びに空調用コンプレッサの負荷の考慮下での、ブレーキ14を介したトルクの伝達開始時のトルクの相応の反応時のコンタクトポイントの検出。
‐ブレーキ4の、操作ストロークを介して位置制御される閉鎖、
‐スタータジェネレータのトルク及び/又はロータ9の回転数の評価、並びに空調用コンプレッサの負荷の考慮下での、ブレーキ14を介して伝達されるトルクの結果としての、ベルトドライブ3の相応の反応時のコンタクトポイントの検出。
‐ブレーキ14の場合によっては開放を伴った、ジェネレータモードへの切換、
‐スタータジェネレータの、例えば300 1/minへの回転数制御、
‐ブレーキ14の、操作ストロークを介して位置制御される閉鎖、
‐スタータジェネレータのトルク及び/又はロータ9の回転数の評価、並びに空調用コンプレッサの負荷の考慮下での、ブレーキ14を介したトルクの伝達開始時のトルクの相応の反応時のコンタクトポイントの検出。
‐ブレーキ14の、操作ストロークを介して位置制御される閉鎖、好ましくは、平たんな特性線領域における迅速な閉鎖、記憶されたコンタクトポイントを越えた後の減速された閉鎖、
‐勾配、例えばスタータジェネレータのトルク勾配及び/又は回転数勾配の監視、空調用コンプレッサの負荷の考慮下での、操作ストロークを介した運動方程式、及び記憶された特性線からの監視された勾配からの目下の特性線、特にコンタクトポイントの作成、
‐場合によってはブレーキ14の、始動プロセスに基づいて減速された閉鎖又は操作プロセスの停止、
‐ブレーキ14のスリッププロセスの終了後のブレーキ14の閉鎖。

Claims (10)
- ブレーキ(14)によりハウジングに結合されて固定可能なリングギヤ(13)と、パワートレーンの内燃機関(2)のクランク軸(8)に接続され、周方向で配置された複数のプラネタリピニオン(16)を有するキャリア(17)と、スタータジェネレータ(7)のロータ(9)と少なくとも1つの補機(18)とに回転が伝達されるように接続されるサンギヤ(15)とを有する、スタータジェネレータ(7)と内燃機関(2)との間で変速比を切り換えるプラネタリギヤ(12)と、
前記ロータ(9)から前記クランク軸(8)へのトルク方向で遮断する切換可能な第1のフリーホイール(10)と、
前記クランク軸(8)から前記ロータ(9)へのトルク方向で遮断する切換可能な第2のフリーホイール(11)と、
を備える、自動車のパワートレーン(1)のベルトドライブ(3)を制御する方法であって、
前記ブレーキ(14)を介して伝達可能なトルクの特性線を、該ブレーキ(14)の操作ストロークを介して適応することを特徴とする、自動車のパワートレーンのベルトドライブを制御する方法。 - 前記特性線を、ブレーキ(14)のコンタクトポイント及び/又は摩擦係数を求めることで適応する、請求項1記載の方法。
- 前記特性線の適応を、前記第1のフリーホイール(10)が遮断するように切り換えられたときに行う、請求項1又は2記載の方法。
- 前記特性線の適応を、前記スタータジェネレータ(7)の運転データを評価しながら、位置制御される前記ブレーキ(14)の閉鎖でもって確定する、請求項3記載の方法。
- 前記特性線の適応を、前記内燃機関のクランク軸(8)が停止しているときに行う、請求項3又は4記載の方法。
- 前記特性線の適応を、前記クランク軸(8)が回転し、該クランク軸(8)により前記スタータジェネレータ(7)が駆動されているときに行う、請求項3又は4記載の方法。
- 前記特性線の適応を、補機(18)、特に空調用コンプレッサ(19)の運転中に行い、前記補機(18)の負荷を、適応中、前記スタータジェネレータ(7)の運転データの評価に際し考慮する、請求項2から6までのいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 前記特性線を、前記スタータジェネレータ(7)が最大の負荷に切り換えられたときの前記ブレーキ(14)の位置制御される開放と、前記ロータ(9)及び前記クランク軸(8)の調整される回転数と、前記スタータジェネレータ(7)の運転データの評価及び場合によっては前記少なくとも1つの補機(18)の負荷の考慮下での、運動エネルギの変化のために必要なトルク成分の考慮とにより求める、請求項3記載の方法。
- 前記第2のフリーホイール(11)が遮断するように切り換えられたときに、前記ブレーキ(14)を予め決められた位置までクラッチ特性線に沿って異なった閉鎖速度で閉鎖し、該ブレーキ(14)がスリップしない状態に到達した後、該ブレーキ(14)を、操作ストロークの予め決められた分だけさらに閉鎖する、請求項2記載の方法。
- 前記スタータジェネレータ(7)の運転データは、前記ロータ(9)の回転数及び/又は該ロータ(9)に作用するトルク及び/又はこれらの勾配である、請求項3から9までのいずれか1項記載の方法。
