Claims (18)
- 径方向を画定し回転軸を有するタイヤであって、前記タイヤは
トレッドを有するクラウン部と、
前記クラウン部内に延在し前記トレッドの径方向に内方に配置される補強構造であって、前記補強構造は、約5GPa以上の周方向の拡張係数および約10MPa以上の軸平面の弾性係数を有する、補強構造と、
1対の軸方向に離間した環状ビード部と、
前記クラウン部のそれぞれの軸縁部とそれぞれの前記ビード部との間に径方向に延在するそれぞれのサイドウォールを備える、1対のサイドウォール部と、
前記ビード部の間に前記サイドウォール部を通って、また前記クラウン部を通って延在するカーカスプライであって、前記カーカスプライは、前記クラウン部内の前記補強バンドの径方向に内方に配置される、カーカスプライと、を備えるタイヤ。 - 前記補強構造は、前記タイヤの前記回転軸を中心に巻かれた少なくとも1つのフィラメントを備える、請求項1に記載のタイヤ。
- 前記補強構造の前記フィラメントは、ポリビニルアルコール繊維、芳香族ポリアミド(すなわち「アラミド」)繊維、ポリアミドイミド繊維、ポリイミド繊維、ポリエステル繊維、芳香族ポリエステル繊維、ポリエチレン繊維、ポリプロピレン繊維、セルロース繊維、レーヨン繊維、ビスコース繊維、ポリフェニレンベンゾビスオキサゾール(すなわち「PBO」)繊維、ポリエチレンナフテネート(「PEN」)繊維、ガラス繊維、炭素繊維、石英繊維、セラミック繊維、およびこのような繊維の混合物を含む群から選択された繊維を含む、請求項2に記載のタイヤ。
- 前記繊維は、約10MPa以上の引張係数を有する樹脂内に組み込まれる、請求項3に記載のタイヤ。
- 前記補強構造は、前記径方向に沿って約1mm以上の厚さを有する、請求項1に記載のタイヤ。
- 前記補強構造は、前記クラウン内に配置された支持バンドをさらに備え、前記支持バンドは、前記タイヤの前記回転軸を中心に巻かれた金属ケーブルの少なくとも1つのコイルを備える、請求項1に記載のタイヤ。
- 前記補強構造の前記フィラメントは、ポリビニルアルコール繊維、芳香族ポリアミド(すなわち「アラミド」)繊維、ポリアミドイミド繊維、ポリイミド繊維、ポリエステル繊維、芳香族ポリエステル繊維、ポリエチレン繊維、ポリプロピレン繊維、セルロース繊維、レーヨン繊維、ビスコース繊維、ポリフェニレンベンゾビスオキサゾール(すなわち「PBO」)繊維、ポリエチレンナフテネート(「PEN」)繊維、ガラス繊維、炭素繊維、石英繊維、セラミック繊維、およびこのような繊維の混合物を含む群から選択された繊維を含む、請求項6に記載のタイヤ。
- 前記繊維は、約10MPa以上の引張係数を有する樹脂内に組み込まれる、請求項7に記載のタイヤ。
- 前記支持バンドは、少なくとも1つのフィラメントの前記層の径方向に外方に配置される、請求項8に記載のタイヤ。
- 前記補強構造は、それぞれが前記回転軸を中心に巻かれた少なくとも1つのフィラメントを有する、複数の層をさらに備える、請求項1に記載のタイヤ。
- 前記補強構造は複数の分離層をさらに備え、それぞれはゴム材料から構成され、それぞれの前記分離層は、少なくとも1つのフィラメントを有する層の間に配置される、請求項10に記載のタイヤ。
- それぞれが少なくとも1つのフィラメントを有する前記複数の層はまた、それぞれが前記径方向に沿って約1mm未満の厚さである、請求項11に記載のタイヤ。
- 前記複数の分離層は、それぞれが約1mm未満の厚さである、請求項10に記載のタイヤ。
- 前記補強構造の前記複数の層の前記フィラメントは、ポリビニルアルコール繊維、芳香族ポリアミド(すなわち「アラミド」)繊維、ポリアミドイミド繊維、ポリイミド繊維、ポリエステル繊維、芳香族ポリエステル繊維、ポリエチレン繊維、ポリプロピレン繊維、セルロース繊維、レーヨン繊維、ビスコース繊維、ポリフェニレンベンゾビスオキサゾール(すなわち「PBO」)繊維、ポリエチレンナフテネート(「PEN」)繊維、ガラス繊維、炭素繊維、石英繊維、セラミック繊維、およびこのような繊維の混合物を含む群から選択された1つまたは複数の繊維を含む、請求項10に記載のタイヤ。
- 前記1つまたは複数の繊維は、約10MPa以上の引張係数を有する樹脂内に組み込まれる、請求項14に記載のタイヤ。
- 前記樹脂はビニールエステルまたはエポキシ樹脂である、請求項15に記載のタイヤ。
- 前記タイヤは外周面を画定し、前記複数の層の少なくとも1つは、前記タイヤの前記外周面に対して約45度の角度で配向される部分を備える、少なくとも1つのフィラメントを有する、請求項10に記載のタイヤ。
- 前記補強構造は、前記径方向に沿って約1mm以上の厚さ、および前記クラウン部と実質的にほぼ同じ幅である前記軸方向に沿った幅を有する、請求項1に記載のタイヤ。
