Abstract
Description
A、B、C、J及びQのそれぞれは独立して、水素、イソプロピル、t−ブチル、フッ素、メトキシ又は無置換アルキル基CnH2n+1でありnは1から16の整数であり;
G2、G3、及びG4のぞれぞれは独立して、水素、フッ素、メトキシ又は無置換アルキル基CnH2n+1でありnは1から16の整数であり、又はXであり;及び
D、E、I、L及びMのそれぞれは独立して、水素、フッ素、メトキシ又は無置換アルキル基CnH2n+1でありnは1から16の整数、である。
前記方法は:
−キャビティを形成するための構造を準備し;
−前記構造上又は隣に波長変換部材を設けて、前記波長変換部材が前記キャビティ内に含まれるようにし;
−前記構造を閉じて前記波長変換部材を含む前記キャビティを閉じ込める密閉構造を形成し;
−前記キャビティに1Pa未満のガス圧を持つ雰囲気を与え;及び
−前記波長変換部材を含む前記キャビティを閉じ込める前記閉鎖密閉構造を気密密閉する、ことを含む。
−第1の波長の光を発光するように適合される光源を準備し;
−キャビティを形成するための構造を準備し;
−前記構造上又は隣に波長変換部材を設けて、前記波長変換部材が前記キャビティ内に含まれるようにし;
−前記構造を閉じて前記波長変換部材を含む前記キャビティを閉じ込める密閉構造を形成し;
−前記キャビティに1Pa未満のガス圧を持つ雰囲気を与え;及び
−前記波長変換部材を含む前記キャビティを閉じ込める前記閉鎖密閉構造を気密密閉する、ことを含む。

Claims (15)
- 発光装置であり、前記発行装置は:
−第1の波長の光を発光するように適合される光源、及び
−前記第1の波長の光を受け、前記受けた光の少なくとも一部を第2の波長の光へ変換するように適合される波長変換部材を含み、前記波長変換部材及び前記光源が総フォトレジストに空間的に離れており;及び
−前記波長変換ブザイを取り囲み、少なくとも前記波長変換部材を含む密閉キャビティを形成する密閉構造を含み、前記密閉キャビティ内のガス圧が1Pa未満である、発光装置。 - 請求項1に記載の発光装置であり、前記密閉キャビティ内のガス圧が1mPa未満である、発光装置。
- 請求項1に記載の発光装置であり、前記密閉キャビティが気密密閉されている、発光装置。
- 請求項1に記載の発光装置であり、前記密閉キャビティがさらに吸収物質を含む、発光装置。
- 請求項1にきさいの発光装置であり、前記密閉キャビティがまた、前記光源を含む、発光装置。
- 請求項1に記載の発光装置であり、前記波長変換部材が、ペリレン誘導体を含む波長変換材料を含む、発光装置。
- 請求項6に記載の発光装置であり、前記波長変換材料が、次の一般式:
A、B、C、J及びQのそれぞれは独立して、水素、イソプロピル、t−ブチル、フッ素、メトキシ又は無置換アルキル基CnH2n+1でありnは1から16の整数であり;
G2、G3、及びG4のぞれぞれは独立して、水素、フッ素、メトキシ又は無置換アルキル基CnH2n+1でありnは1から16の整数であり、又はXであり;及び
D、E、I、L及びMのそれぞれは独立して、水素、フッ素、メトキシ又は無置換アルキル基CnH2n+1でありnは1から16の整数、である、
で表されるペリレン誘導体からなる群から選択される、発光装置。 - 請求項7に記載の発光装置であり、G2、G3、G4及びG5のそれぞれがXであり、A及びCのそれぞれがイソプロピルであり、B、J、Q、E、I、L及びMのそれぞれが水素である、発光装置。
- 請求項1に記載の発光装置であり、前記光源が少なくとも1つのLEDを含む、発光装置。
- 請求項1乃至9のいずれか一項に記載の発光装置を含むランプ。
- 発光装置で使用するための低圧下で波長変換部材を含む密閉キャビティを製造するための方法であり、前記方法は:
−キャビティ形成のための構造を準備し;
−前記構造上又は隣接させて有機波長変換材料を含む波長変換部材を、前記波長変換部材が前記キャビティ内に含まれるように配置し;
−前記構造を閉じて、前記波長変換部材を含む前記キャビティを閉じ込める密閉構造を形成し;
−前記キャビティにガス圧が1Pa以下の雰囲気を設け;及び
−前記波長変換部材を含む前記キャビティを閉じる前記閉じられた密閉構造を気密に密閉する、ことを含む方法。 - 請求項11に記載の方法であり、前記構造を閉じるステップ及び/又は前記閉じられた構造を密閉するステップが、ガラス溶融を用いて実施される、方法。
- 請求項11に記載の方法であり、前記キャビティに1Pa未満の雰囲気を提供する前記ステップが、真空ポンプすることを含む、方法。
- 請求項11に記載の方法であり、前記光源が、前記構造を閉じるステップの前に設けられ、前記光源が、前記構造が閉じられた後に前記キャビティ内に含まれるようになるように構成される、方法。
- 請求項1に記載の発光装置を製造するための方法であり、前記方法は:
−第1の波長光を発光するように適合される光源を準備し;
−キャビティを形成するための構造を準備し;
−前記構造上又は隣接して有機波長変換材料を含む波長変換部材を、前記波長変換部材が前記キャビティ内に含まれるように配置し;
−前記構造を閉じて、前記波長変換部材を含む前記キャビティを閉じる密閉構造を形成し;
−前記キャビティに1Pa以下のガス圧を持つ雰囲気を与え;及び
−前記波長変換部材を含む前記キャビティを閉じる前記密閉構造を気密密閉する、ことを含む方法。
