Abstract
Description
図1〜図4に示すように、潜熱熱交換器1は、複数の直管状の受熱管2と、これらの受熱管2を内部に収容する胴体部3と、受熱管2の上流端が接続される流入ヘッダ4と、受熱管2の下流端が接続される流出ヘッダ5とを備えているものである。
潜熱熱交換器1の胴体部3は、左右の両側端に開口部が形成された角筒状をしており、胴体部3は燃焼ガスから潜熱を回収をした際に発生する強酸性のドレンが内壁に付着するため、耐食性に優れたステンレス製で構成されているものである。
給湯必要箇所に適宜設けられている給湯蛇口(図示せず)を開くと、給湯管19により貯湯缶体7内の高温水が出湯されて給湯が開始される。それと同時に、給水管31から流入ヘッダ4に水が流入し、水は流入ヘッダ4から受熱管2内を通過して流出ヘッダ5へ流れ、流出ヘッダ5から連結管18を介して貯湯缶体7内に流入するものである。

Claims (1)
- 被加熱流体が流通する複数の直管状の受熱管と、該受熱管を内部に収容し両側端に開口部が形成された筒状の胴体部と、該胴体部の開口部を閉塞し前記受熱管の上流端および下流端がそれぞれ接続される流入ヘッダおよび流出ヘッダとを備え、前記流入ヘッダおよび前記流出ヘッダは、前記受熱管の端部が挿入される挿入孔が底部に設けられ且つその底部と対向する面が開放された器状のヘッダ本体と、該ヘッダ本体の開放面としての開放部を閉塞するヘッダ蓋とで構成され、前記ヘッダ本体の開放部に前記ヘッダ蓋を嵌入させ、前記ヘッダ本体の周縁と前記ヘッダ蓋の周縁とを全周にわたり接合する潜熱熱交換器において、前記受熱管の管径より小さい棒状のステーと、前記ヘッダ蓋に前記ステーの端部が差し込まれる差込孔とを設け、前記ステーを前記受熱管内に挿通させ、前記ステーの各端部を前記ヘッダ蓋の前記差込孔に差し込み、前記ステーの端縁と前記ヘッダ蓋の前記差込孔の端縁とを接合するようにしたことを特徴とする潜熱熱交換器。
