Description
a:非侵襲的(NI)グルコースモニタ作業により、SMBGの費用を抑え、検査の頻度を有意に増やすことができる。NI法における主な注目すべき点は、直接的な血液または間質液の測定が行なわれないにも関わらず、高い精度結果を達成することである。
この場合t0およびtfは、加熱工程の開始時間と終了時間であり、TearおよびTambは、組織温度と周辺温度であり、これによりkは、温度補正率である。

Claims (15)
- 被験者のグルコースレベルを 非侵襲的に測定するための一体式のデバイスであって、筐体と、該筐体の対向する部分に位置が特定され、該デバイスを装着することができる被験者の体の特定の部分を取り囲む蓄電板を備え、該蓄電板に自動発振手段が接続されたデバイス。
- 組織のインピーダンス信号に基づいてグルコースレベルを計算する処理手段と、該処理手段に該組織インピーダンス信号を伝えるための手段をさらに備える、請求項1に記載のデバイス。
- 前記蓄電板が膜を備える、請求項1に記載のデバイス。
- 前記筐体の対向する部分に位置が特定され、前記デバイスを装着することができる被験者の体の前記部分を取り囲む超音波ピエゾ素子をさらに備える、請求項1に記載のデバイス。
- 前記蓄電板が膜を備える、請求項4に記載のデバイス。
- 前記膜が前記超音波ピエゾ素子を覆う、請求項5に記載のデバイス。
- 前記筐体の対向する部分に位置が特定され、前記デバイスを装着することができる被験者の体の前記部分を取り囲む超音波ピエゾ素子と、送信波と受信波の位相のずれを検出する手段と、この位相のずれに基づいてグルコースレベルを計算し、検出手段と連通している処理手段をさらに備える、請求項1に記載のデバイス。

- 前記デバイスを装着することができる被験者の体の前記部分に近接して並置されるように前記デバイス上に位置が特定されるヒータおよびセンサと、熱伝達特性をグルコースレベルを計算する前記処理手段に伝えるための手段をさらに備える、請求項7に記載のデバイス。
- グルコースレベルを 非侵襲的に測定するために被験者の体の一部に取り付けられる一体式のデバイスであって、
該デバイスの対向する部分に位置が特定され、該デバイスを装着することができる被験者の体の特定の部分を取り囲む超音波ピエゾ素子と、送信波と受信波の位相のずれを検出するための手段を備えるデバイス。 - 該位相のずれに基づいてグルコースレベルを計算し、該検出手段と連通している処理手段をさらに備える、請求項8に記載のデバイス。
