Abstract
【解決手段】エンジン1は、操縦座席219の下側で、フライホイールハウジング10が走行機体216の前部側に位置するように配置され、このエンジン1の後方にラジエータ24の下側に、排気ガス浄化装置2が配置される。また、エンジン1は、その左側方で、新気を吸引するエアクリーナ32と連結するとともに、その右側方で、排気ガス浄化装置2の吸気側と接続された排気管72と連結する。

Claims (7)
- 走行機体の後部に設けたボンネット上に操縦座席を配置し且つ前記ボンネット内に排気マニホールドを有するエンジンを配置した作業機械に搭載されるエンジン装置であって、
前記エンジンの排気ガスを浄化処理する排気ガス浄化装置を有し、
前記エンジンの下方に、前記排気ガス浄化装置を配置し、
前記エンジンの排気マニホールドに排気管を介して前記排気ガス浄化装置の排気ガス入口側を接続していることを特徴とする、
エンジン装置。 - 前記走行機体において前記ボンネットよりも後方に設けたカウンタウェイトと、前記エンジンの排気ガスを浄化処理する排気ガス浄化装置と、を有し、前記カウンタウェイトと前記エンジンとの間の下方に、前記排気ガス浄化装置を配置するとともに、
前記ボンネット内の後部に、前記エンジンの後部に設けた冷却ファンと対峙するように複数の熱交換器を配置し、
前記冷却ファンによる冷却風の吐き出し方向に向けて放熱量の小さな順に前記熱交換器群を一列に並べ、前記熱交換器群の下方に前記排気ガス浄化装置を位置させていることを特徴とする、
請求項1に記載のエンジン装置。 - 前記排気ガス浄化装置を、その排気ガス移動方向をエンジン出力軸の長手方向に交差させて配置するとともに、前記排気ガス浄化装置を前記走行機体の機体フレームに連結していることを特徴とする、
請求項1または2に記載のエンジン装置。 - 前記エンジンの排気マニホールドに排気管を介して前記排気ガス浄化装置の排気ガス入口側を接続し、前記排気管の一部をフレキシブル管によって構成していることを特徴とする、
請求項3のいずれかに記載のエンジン装置。 - 前記排気ガス浄化装置を、その排気ガス移動方向をエンジン出力軸の長手方向に交差させて配置するとともに、前記エンジン後部の機関脚取付け部に連結することを特徴とする、
請求項1または2に記載のエンジン装置。 - 前記排気ガス浄化装置に向かう排気ガスを昇温させる排気昇温機構を前記排気管の中途部に設けていることを特徴とする、
請求項1〜5のいずれかに記載のエンジン装置。 - 前記エンジンに導入する空気を浄化するエアクリーナと前記排気管とは、前記ボンネット内において前記熱交換器を挟んだ左右両側にそれぞれ振り分けて配置していることを特徴とする、
