Abstract
【解決手段】 排ガス中のアンモニアを分解する触媒は、酸化チタンと酸化バナジウムを担持した脱硝触媒を触媒基体として、または酸化チタンと酸化バナジウムと酸化タングステンを担持した脱硝触媒を触媒基体として、さらにこれに触媒活性成分として亜鉛、カルシウム、およびリンを担持するものである。ここで、排ガスは、船舶用ディーゼルエンジン等の内燃機関の排ガスなどで、アンモニアおよび硫黄酸化物を含有するものである。

Description
以下の手順で、本発明による排ガス中のアンモニア分解用触媒を製造した。
実施例1の場合と同様にして、本発明による排ガス中のアンモニア分解用触媒を製造するが、実施例1の場合と異なる点は、触媒基体である脱硝触媒として、酸化チタンと酸化バナジウムとを担持した市販のコルゲート・ハニカム構造型脱硝触媒(商品名:NOXNON700、日立造船社製)を使用した点にある。
実施例1と2で製造した本発明による排ガス中のアンモニア分解用触媒の性能を評価するために、図1に示す実験装置を用いて、下記の試験を行なった(図1中のMFは、マスフローコントローラーを意味する)。
そして、各触媒を充填したアンモニア分解反応器について、SOx添加前のアンモニア分解率(%)と、SOx添加500時間後のアンモニア分解率(%)と測定し、得られた結果を下記の表2にあわせて記載した。

- 排ガス中のアンモニアを分解する触媒であって、酸化チタンと酸化バナジウムを担持した脱硝触媒を触媒基体として、さらにこれに触媒活性成分として亜鉛、カルシウム、およびリンを担持することを特徴とする、アンモニア分解用触媒。
- 排ガス中のアンモニアを分解する触媒であって、酸化チタンと酸化バナジウムと酸化タングステンを担持した脱硝触媒を触媒基体として、さらにこれに触媒活性成分として亜鉛、カルシウム、およびリンを担持することを特徴とする、アンモニア分解用触媒。
- 排ガスが、アンモニアおよび硫黄酸化物を含有する内燃機関の排ガスであることを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載のアンモニア分解用触媒。
