Description
溝７１についてより具体的に説明すると、溝７１は、吸収コア３１の非肌当接面側から肌当接面側に向かって窪んだ凹部となっている。つまりこの部分は、吸収コア３１の構成材料が配されない空間部分となっている。空間部分である溝７１によって区画された吸収コア３１の部分は、相対的に非肌当接面側に突出し、複数が独立して整列配置された、突出吸収部８１とも言うべき構造となっている。また、液吸収層３を厚み方向に見て、溝７１の肌当接面側の上部は吸収コア３１の一部として凹部吸収部７２となっている。凹部吸収部７２は、溝７１の空間の分だけ小吸収部８よりも厚みが薄く、肌当接面側へと偏在している。このため、離間部７は隣接する小吸収部８よりも坪量が小さくなっている。また、小吸収部８は突出吸収部８１とこれと厚み方向に連続する連続層６の部分を含む構成となっている。したがって、凹部吸収部７２と小吸収部８とは、液吸収層３の肌当接面側で連続層６となって平坦面を形成する（図２（Ａ）参照）。
Claims (6)
- 肌当接面に液透過性の表面層、非肌当接面側に防漏層、及び該表面層と該防漏層の間に液吸収層を有する吸収性物品であって、
前記液吸収層は、肌当接側面を含んで平面方向に連続する連続層と、これと連続一体となって非肌当接面側に突出する複数の小吸収部とを備えており、
前記小吸収部各々は小吸収部よりも坪量が低い離間部で離間しており、
前記離間部は前記液吸収層の肌当接面を貫通しておらず、
前記小吸収部には非肌当接面側から肌当接面側に向かって窪む圧搾部が設けられている吸収性物品。 - 前記小吸収部では、前記離間部よりも密度が高い請求項１に記載の吸収性物品。
- 前記吸収性物品は縦長形状であり、前記離間部は溝と凹部吸収部とからなっており、該溝として物品長手方向に沿って前記吸収層を縦断して延在する長手方向溝を備える、請求項１又は２に記載の吸収性物品。
- 前記溝として、前記長手方向と直交する方向である幅方向に沿って前記吸収層を横断して延在する幅方向溝も備えるとともに、該幅方向溝は前記長手方向溝と交差している請求項１〜３のいずれか１項に記載の吸収性物品。
- 前記圧搾部の肌当接面側端部は、前記連続層の非肌当接面よりも非肌当接面側に位置する請求項１〜４のいずれか１項に記載の吸収性物品。
- 前記表面層が、肌当接面側に第１層を有し、これに隣接する第２層を非肌当接面側に有し、前記第１層と前記第２層とが多数の接合部によって接合されており、多数の該接合部に囲まれて該第１層の肌当接面側に隆起する凸部が、該第１層側の肌当接面側に多数形成されており、前記凸部において、前記第２層は前記第１層の肌当接面側へ向けて隆起して該第１層内に入り込んでおり、前記凸部において、前記第２層の非肌当接面側の面が平坦であることを特徴とする請求項１〜５のいずれか１項に記載の吸収性物品。
