Abstract
【解決手段】次亜ハロゲン酸塩を含有する薬液1とリン酸アンモニウム塩を含有する薬液2を混合した後、製紙工場の工程水に代表される工程水、洗浄水、冷却水などの処理水に添加することによって、微生物の増殖を抑制することが可能となる。

Description
製紙会社の白水は抄き物によって主原料であるパルプの組成や添加される各種製紙用薬剤の構成が異なるためそれが効力評価結果に多大な影響を与える。そのため供試試料として、均質かつ他製紙用薬剤の影響を受けない状態で薬剤自身の殺菌力を比較するために、モデル白水を用いることとした。
精製水に栄養分として10倍濃度変性ワックスマン液体培地(ペプトン10g、塩化ナトリウム5g)を精製水1000mlに溶解)1%を加えたものに、供試菌としてEscherichia coli、Pseudomonas aeruginosa、Staphylococcus
aureus、Klebsiella pneumoniaeを生菌数値としてLog値6〜7になるように添加し、表2に示す各供試薬剤を有効塩素としてそれぞれの濃度で混合し1分間保持し反応を行った後添加したものをマイクロプレートに分注しマイクロプレートリーダーにセットし、30℃で振盪培養を行い試料の濁度を測定した。
原料の漂白に用いられる二酸化チオ尿素(某製紙会社より入手パルプ漂白剤FAS:CH4NO2O2S)を5ppm添加したモデル白水を用いて試験例1と同様に殺菌力を評価し表4に示す。
蒸留水に次亜塩素酸ナトリウム(NaClO)溶液とリン酸一水素二アンモニウム((NH4)2HPO4)溶液、あるいは次亜塩素酸ナトリウム(NaClO)溶液とリン酸二水素一アンモニウム(NH4H2PO4)溶液、あるいは次亜塩素酸ナトリウム(NaClO)溶液と臭化アンモニウム(NH4Br)溶液、あるいは次亜塩素酸ナトリウム(NaClO)溶液と硫酸アンモニウム((NH4)2SO4)溶液とを混合した供試薬剤を、それぞれの成分中の有効塩素およびアンモニウムのモル比が、有効塩素:アンモニウム=4:1〜1:4となるようにそれぞれの濃度で混合し1分間保持し反応を行い調製した後添加した。そこにSUS316製の金網300メッシュを浸漬し、40℃において4週間保管し、経時による外観の変化および重量変化を表5に示す。
次亜塩素酸ナトリウム(NaClO)溶液とリン酸一水素二アンモニウム((NH4)2HPO4)溶液、あるいは次亜塩素酸ナトリウム(NaClO)溶液とリン酸二水素一アンモニウム(NH4H2PO4)溶液、あるいは次亜塩素酸ナトリウム(NaClO)溶液と臭化アンモニウム(NH4Br)溶液、あるいは次亜塩素酸ナトリウム(NaClO)溶液と硫酸アンモニウム((NH4)2SO4)溶液とを混合した供試薬剤を、それぞれの成分中の有効塩素およびアンモニウムのモル比が、有効塩素:アンモニウム=4:1〜1:4となるように調製した直後、1分後、5分後、10分後にモデル白水に、濃度が有効塩素として3ppmとなるように添加し殺菌力を評価した。その結果を表6に示す。表中の生菌数はLog値である。
某製紙工場の白水(印刷・情報用紙抄造 pH=7.3 菌数=2×106cfu/mL)を供試白水とし、各供試薬剤を有効塩素としてそれぞれの濃度で混合し5分間保持し反応を行った後白水に添加し、15分間接触させた後、白水の生菌数を測定した。その結果を表7に示す。表中の生菌数はLog値である。なお、次亜塩素酸ナトリウム(NaClO)溶液とリン酸一水素二アンモニウム((NH4)2HPO4)溶液、あるいは次亜塩素酸ナトリウム(NaClO)溶液とリン酸二水素一アンモニウム(NH4H2PO4)溶液、あるいは次亜塩素酸ナトリウム(NaClO)溶液と臭化アンモニウム(NH4Br)溶液、あるいは次亜塩素酸ナトリウム(NaClO)溶液と硫酸アンモニウム((NH4)2SO4)溶液とを混合した供試薬剤は、それぞれの成分中の有効塩素およびアンモニウムのモル比が、有効塩素:アンモニウム=4:1〜1:4となるように調製した。
Claims (6)
- 次亜ハロゲン酸塩を含有する薬液1とリン酸アンモニウム塩を含有する薬液2を混合した後、対象とする処理水に添加し、微生物の増殖を抑制することを特徴とする処理水の微生物増殖抑制方法。
- リン酸アンモニウム塩が、リン酸一水素二アンモニウムおよび/またはリン酸二水素一アンモニウムであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の処理水の微生物増殖抑制方法。
- 次亜ハロゲン酸塩が次亜塩素酸ナトリウムであることを特徴とする請求項1または請求項2に記載の処理水の微生物増殖抑制方法。
- 次亜塩素酸ナトリウムを含有する薬液1とリン酸アンモニウム塩を含有する薬液2の混合比が、次亜塩素酸ナトリウムの有効塩素量とリン酸アンモニウム塩のアンモニウムイオンのモル比率として1:1.5〜1:4であることを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載の処理水の微生物増殖抑制方法。
- 次亜塩素酸ナトリウムを含有する薬液1とリン酸アンモニウム塩を含有する薬液2を混合した後、対象とする処理水に1分〜5分以内に添加して微生物の増殖を抑制することを特徴とする、請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載の処理水の微生物増殖抑制方法。
- 処理水が、製紙工場における製紙工程の白水であることを特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれかに記載の処理水の微生物増殖抑制方法。
