Claims (15)
- 内面、近位端及び遠位端を有する外側ハウジング(10)の近位端が、第1の両頭針カニューレ(5)を保持する上部ハブ(51)及び薬物送達デバイス(7)への取り付けのために構成されるコネクタ(8)を有する、該外側ハウジング(10);
ロッキングディスク(21)上及び下部ハブ(53)上で回転可能にそして摺動可能に半径方向突出部(29、28)を係合する非直線スロット(30、34)を有するバイパスハウジング(52);
薬剤の単回用量を含んでなるバイパスハウジング(52)内のリザーバ(22);
内壁及び外壁を有するガード(42)の内壁が、回転シリンダ(12)の外面上の非直線トラック(43)を係合する駆動歯(40)を有し、シリンダの内面はロッキングディスク(21)及び下部ハブ上の半径方向突出部を係合する半径方向突出部(35、44)を有する、該ガード(42);及び
ガードと下部ハブ(53)間で係合される付勢部材(48);
を含んでなる、薬物送達デバイス(7)に取り付け可能な薬用モジュール(4)。 - 下部ハブは第2の両頭針カニューレ(3)を保持する、請求項1に記載の薬用モジュール。
- ガード(42)が近位方向に押されたとき、付勢部材(48)は下部ハブ(53)に力を加え、そしてロッキングディスク(21)はロック解除となり、第1及び第2の両頭針カニューレ(5、3)と流体連通になるようにリザーバ(22)を近位方向に動かす、請求項2に記載の薬用モジュール。
- ガード外壁上のリブ(1)は、外側ハウジングに対する直線運動中、ガードが回転することを阻止するように、外側ハウジングの内面上のチャンネル(2)を係合する、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の薬用モジュール。
- 付勢部材は圧縮ばねである、請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の薬用モジュール。
- リザーバ(22)は一体型フローディストリビュータを備えた内部キャビティを有する単一成形部材である、請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の薬用モジュール。
- 非直線トラック(43)は、ニードルガードの軸方向運動がシリンダ(12)を回転させるように構成される、請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の薬用モジュール。
- シリンダ(12)の回転は、ロッキングディスク(21)及び下部ハブ(53)の回転を引き起こし、それによりロッキングディスクはロック解除されて、ニードルガード(42)が外側ハウジング(10)内に後退するときリザーバ(22)が近位に動くことを可能にする、請求項7に記載の薬用モジュール。
- リザーバ(22)は液体薬剤を含有する、請求項1〜8のいずれか1項に記載の薬用モジュール。
- リザーバ(22)中の薬剤はGLP−1、インスリン、並びにインスリン及びGLP−1のプレミックスの1つを含む、請求項1〜9のいずれか1項に記載の薬用モジュール。
- ニードルカニューレ(3、5)は、リザーバ(22)をバイパスする流体流路又はバイパス(46)と流体連通している、請求項1〜10のいずれか1項に記載の薬用モジュール(4)。
- バイパスハウジング(52)は流体流路(46)を含み、リザーバ(22)はキーパ(20a及び20b)を用いて固定されるセプタム(6a及び6b)で密閉され、キーパ(20a、20b)はニードルカニューレ(3、5)及びバイパス(46)と流体連通している流体チャンネルを有する、請求項11に記載の薬用モジュール(4)。
- 請求項1〜12のいずれか1項に記載の薬用モジュール(4)であって、薬用モジュール(4)は、
(1)一次薬剤の少量が、二次薬剤の単回用量を含有するリザーバ(22)周りのバイパス(46)に流れる場合の、使用前又はプライミング状態から、
(2)上部及び下部ニードルカニューレ(5、3)の両方が、薬用モジュール(4)内の第2の薬剤の固定用量と流体係合している場合、そして一次薬剤の設定用量がリザーバ(22)中の二次薬剤の設定不可の単回用量と合わせて投薬することができる場合の、使用準備完了又は組み合わせ用量状態へ、
状態を変えるように構成される、上記薬用モジュール(4)。 - ニードルガード(42)が、近位方向運動を阻止される場合のロックアウト状態を含んでなる請求項1〜13のいずれか1項に記載の薬用モジュール(4)であって、ニードルガード(42)の伸長がモジュール(4)をこの状態に自動的に変える、上記薬用モジュール(4)。
- 2つ又はそれ以上の薬剤を、単一投薬インターフェースを通して操作可能に送達するための薬物送達システムであって、
少なくとも1つの薬物作用物質を含有する薬剤の一次リザーバ(50);
薬剤の一次リザーバ(50)に操作可能に連結される用量ボタン(13);
一次リザーバ(50)と流体連通するように構成される単一投薬インターフェース(3);及び
請求項1〜14のいずれか1項に記載の薬用モジュール(4)、
を含んでなる:上記薬物送達システム。
