Abstract
Description
Claims (10)
- 以下の化学式からなるケイ酸塩蛍光物質:
Ln2SiO5:Tb,M;
LnはY、Gd、La、およびLuから成るグループから選択される少なくとも一つの要素であり、Mは少なくともAg、Au、Os、Ir、Pt、Ru、Rh、及びPdから成るグループから選択される少なくとも一つのナノ粒子である;Tb対Lnのモル比は0よりも大きく、0.25以下である。 - 以下の方法を含む請求項1に記載のケイ酸塩蛍光物質の調合法:
Mイオンを含む水溶液含有を調合するステップ;
Mイオンを含む前記溶液に多孔質ガラスを浸漬するステップ;
Mを含む多孔質ガラスを入手するために、得られた前記多孔質ガラスを、還元剤溶液に浸漬するステップ;
Tb対Lnのモル比が0よりも大きく0.25以下として、Mを含む多孔質ガラス、Ln2SiO5原料、およびTb源化合物を粉砕して混合粉末を得るステップ;
1300℃から1600°Cの温度で1〜8時間、還元雰囲気において前記混合粉末を焼結させ、次に、Ln2SiO5:Tb,Mの前記ケイ酸塩蛍光物質を得るために室温に冷却するステップ。 - Mイオンを含有する水溶液を調合するステップの間において、Mイオンの濃度は、1×10−6mol/L〜1mol/Lとする、ことを特徴とする請求項2にケイ酸塩蛍光物質の調合法。
- 前記多孔質ガラスは、0.5時間から48時間、前記Mイオン含有溶液中に浸漬される、ことを特徴とする請求項2にケイ酸塩蛍光物質の調合法。
- 前記Mイオンの還元ステップの間において、還元時間は10分間から20時間とされる、ことを特徴とする請求項2にケイ酸塩蛍光物質の調合法。
- 還元剤溶液の濃度は、1×10−3mol/L〜1mol/Lとされ;還元剤溶液の還元剤は、水素化ホウ素ナトリウム、ほう素ヒドリドカリウム、りん酸ナトリウム、クエン酸ナトリウム、ヒドラジンヒドラート、アスコルビン酸、エチレングリコール、およびポリエチレングリコールを含むグループから少なくとも一つが選択され;還元剤溶液の溶媒は、蒸留水とエタノール系を含むグループから少なくとも一つが選択される、ことを特徴とする請求項2または請求項5に記載のケイ酸塩蛍光物質の調合法。
- 請求項2に記載のケイ酸塩蛍光物質の調合法であって、前記粉砕のステップが以下のステップを含む:
Mを含有する多孔質ガラスをガラス粉末に粉砕するステップ;
混合粉末を得るためにLn2SiO5原料、ガラス粉末、およびTb源化合物を粉砕して混合するステップ。 - 請求項2に記載のケイ酸塩蛍光物質の調合法であって、前記粉砕のステップが以下のステップをさらに含む:
0.01mol/Lから2mol/LのTbイオンの濃度の溶液を調合するために、Tb源化合物を溶媒に溶解させるステップ;
前記Mを含有する多孔質ガラスをTbイオンを含有する溶液に0.5時間から48時間浸漬して、その後取り出し乾燥するステップ;
Tbを含有するガラス粉末を得るために乾燥多孔質ガラスを粉砕するステップ;
混合粉末を得るために、Ln2SiO5原料とTbを含有するガラス粉末を、粉砕して混合するステップ。 - 上述のTbイオン溶液を調合するステップにおいて、溶媒としては、水、硝酸、塩化水酸化塩、硫酸、および酢酸のグループから少なくとも一つ選択される、ことを特徴とする請求項8に記載のケイ酸塩蛍光物質の調合法。
- Ln2SiO5原料はLn源化合物を含み;Ln源化合物は、Ln酸化物、硝酸塩、炭酸塩、およびしゅう酸塩のグループから少なくとも一つ選択され;Tb源化合物は、Tb酸化物、硝酸塩、炭酸塩、および、しゅう酸塩のグループから少なくとも一つ選択される、ことを特徴とする請求項7または請求項8に記載のケイ酸塩蛍光物質の調合法。
