Claims (12)
- 液体塗料が内部で噴霧される塗装チャンバー(11)であって、このチャンバーから次にフィルターユニット(20,26)へと搬送される空気流を吸引するための格子配列床(15)が設けられ、前記フィルターユニットがその上流の空気流に導入される中和粉末の助けを借りて前記空気をろ過し、そして塗料噴霧飛沫を分離する塗装チャンバーを具えた液体塗料塗装ブース(10)であって、
前記空気流が前記チャンバーから少なくとも1本の導管(17)を介して吸引され、入口が前記格子配列床の下に近接し、これにより前記入口を横切る粉末の層流のための出口(23)が前記チャンバーの前記格子配列床とほぼ平行に前記導管の入口の両側の近傍に設けられ、前記導管を通って前記チャンバーを出る前記空気流が前記層流を通り抜けるようになっていることを特徴とするブース。 - 前記粉末出口が粉末供給管(24)に形成されたスリット(23)からなり、前記導管(17)の入口の両側に平行に配されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のブース。
- このブースの前記格子配列床と平行な平面内で縦横に相互に並んで配される複数の導管(17)を具え、それぞれの導管(17)が前記入口を横切る個々の粉末の層流を与える出口(23)を有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のブース。
- 前記導管に粉末を放出するための出口(23)の両側に有し、前記粉末を供給するための共通の管(24)が隣接する導管の間にあることを特徴とする請求項2および請求項3に記載のブース。
- 前記フィルターユニット(20,26)が前記導管(17)から分かれ、管によってこれらに結合されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のブース。
- 前記空気流が前記フィルター(26)を垂直上方向に通り抜けることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のブース。
- 前記フィルターによって捕捉された粉末を捕集するため、ホッパー(27)が前記フィルターの下に配されていることを特徴とする請求項5に記載のブース。
- 浄化周期中にフィルターを通る圧縮空気の逆流を伝えるように、圧縮空気入口(33)がフィルターの下流にあることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のブース。
- 前記フィルター(26)が袋状か、カートリッジ状か、板状か、または硬質の膜状であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のブース。
- 前記中和粉末が微粉状の炭酸カルシウムであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のブース。
- 液体塗料塗装ブースにおいて、ブースの格子配列床を通って吸引される空気流中の噴霧飛沫を除去するための方法は、前記床を通って前記ブースを出た空気流が通り抜け、次に粉末フィルターを使ってろ過される中和粉末のバリヤーを形成するように、前記中和粉末を前記ブースの前記格子配列床の下で平行に吹き込むステップを具えたことを特徴とする方法。
- 前記中和粉末が微粉状の炭酸カルシウムであることを特徴とする請求項11に記載の方法。
