Abstract
【解決手段】 本願発明に係るコーティングは、硬化性コーティング組成物を具備する基板のためのコーティングであって、前記硬化性コーティング組成物は:i)5〜99重量%のバインダ(A)と、ii)0.01〜75重量%の粒子(B)とを具備し、前記粒子(B)が、無機、有機若しくは有機金属粒子を具備し、さらに少なくとも1つの合金、金属、金属及び/若しくは半金属の酸化物、水酸化酸化物及び/若しくは水酸化物、又は、異なる合金、金属、金属及び/若しくは半金属の酸化物、水酸化酸化物及び/若しくは水酸化物の混合物若しくは化合物、又は、無機塩若しくは腐食防止剤若しくはそれらの化合物からなること;前記粒子(B)が約1〜500nmの範囲内の直径を有すること;前記粒子(B)の表面が、少なくとも1つの表面改質基で処理されていること;前記基板が、金属製であること;及び前記硬化性コーティング組成物が、前記基板に直接的若しくは間接的に接触するように適合されるものである。

前記改質基のコウゾは、下記するような例によって概略的に説明される。それによって、図示される例において、3つの異なる極性置換基若しくは改質基(G)がこの化学式においてラジカルR4(=ポリジアルキルシロキサン)について選択されるものである。

表面処理粒子を形成するための別の方法は、立体的安定化基と同様に粒子親和性基を有する両親媒性構造を有する湿潤添加剤又は分散添加剤を使用することである。
粒子表面は、上述した(1)〜(5)の表面処理の混合で処理される。
e−係数は、ASTME2546による圧入測定によって測定されるものである。当該コーティングのe−係数は、コーティング材料を含む非粒子と比較して10%まで、特には20%まで、さらには20%以上まで減少する。

Sa2.5ブラストスチールパネルの背面に2Kエポキシ塗料を塗布した。一晩室温でパネルを保持し、乾燥のために8時間50℃のオーブンに入れた。
塗布する前に、添加剤及び硬化剤を、3分間2000RPMで混合し、5分間塗料を放置し、それから80μの濾し器で濾過した。
ブラシによって(表面ダストを排除するために)Sa2.5ブラストスチールパネルを清掃した。塗料は、エアスプレーによって塗布された(乾燥の後100μm dftの周りに)。
それぞれのパネル縁を2Kエポキシによって塞いだ。
乾燥状態:
パネルを2週間室温で放置した。
塩噴射テスト:
コートされたパネルは、Std DIN EN ISO 9227 に従って(ISO21944C51メディアム及びC5Mメディアム及びIM2)、720時間塩噴霧室に入れられた。

・塗膜下腐食沿面漏れが、傷つけた線のそばにある一方の側の腐食した幅方向に測定された(mm単位)。
・領域腐食が、傷付けられていない領域にわたって測定され、腐食した領域の百分率にしたがって評価された。10が最良であり、0が最悪である。
・領域発泡が、傷付けられていない領域にわたって測定され、発泡の大きさ及び頻度に従って評価された。2はより大きな発泡を示し、8は最も小さい発泡を示す。Fは頻度FEW(少)を示し、Mは頻度MEDIUM(中)を示し、MDは頻度MEDIUMDENSE(中高)、Dは頻度DENSE(高)を示す。
・ クロスカット5Bは、ほとんどの領域が剥がれていないことを示し、0Bは65%以上が剥がれたことを示す。
Claims (15)
- 硬化性コーティング組成物を具備する基板のためのコーティングであって、前記硬化性コーティング組成物は:
i) 5〜99重量%のバインダ(A)と、
ii) 0.01〜75重量%の粒子(B)とを具備し、
・前記粒子(B)が、無機、有機若しくは有機金属粒子を具備し、さらに少なくとも1つの合金、金属、金属及び/若しくは半金属の酸化物、水酸化酸化物及び/若しくは水酸化物、又は、異なる合金、金属、金属及び/若しくは半金属の酸化物、水酸化酸化物及び/若しくは水酸化物の混合物若しくは化合物、又は、無機塩、若しくは腐食防止剤、若しくはそれらの化合物からなること;
・前記粒子(B)が約1〜500nmの範囲内の直径を有すること;
・前記粒子(B)の表面が、少なくとも1つの表面改質基で処理されていること;
・前記基板が、金属製であること;及び
・前記硬化性コーティング組成物が、前記基板に直接的若しくは間接的に接触するように適合されることを特徴とするコーティング。 - 前記硬化性コーティング組成物が、粒子を含まないコーティング材料と比較して、10%まで、特には20%まで、さらには20%以上減少する弾性係数を有することを特徴とする請求項1記載のコーティング。

ii)0.1〜60重量%、特に0.5〜40重量%の粒子(B)とを具備することを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか1つに記載のコーティング。 - 前記バインダ(A)が、架橋性若しくは非架橋性樹脂、特にアクリル、アミノプラスト、ウレタン、カルバミン酸塩、炭酸塩、ポリエステル、エポキシ、シリコン若しくはポリアミドのクラスの少なくとも1つを具備すること、前記樹脂が、1つ以上の前記クラスの特徴である官能基を具備すること、且つ、前記バインダが、1液型ポリウレタン、2液型ポリウレタン、アクリル、油改質ウレタン、長油アルキド、ポリウレタン分散、アクリル乳濁液、エポキシ、若しくは水希釈性アルキドの少なくとも1つを具備することを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれか1つに記載のコーティング。
- ナノ粒子(B)が、ZnO、CeO2、Al2O3、Al(O)OH、TiO2、ZrO2、酸化水酸化物、水酸化物、リン酸塩、モリブデン酸塩、タングステン酸塩、バナジウム酸塩、ケイ酸塩、クロム酸塩、亜硝酸塩、若しくは硫酸塩の少なくとも1つを具備することを特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれか1つに記載のコーティング。
- ナノ粒子(B)の直径は、200nm以下、特に100nm以下、さらに60nm以下であることを特徴とする請求項1〜6のいずれか1つに記載のコーティング。
- ナノ粒子(B)の表面は、
(1) ポリジアルキルシロキサン;
(2) 極性ポリジアルキルシロキサン;
(3) 重合調整剤;
(4) オルガノシラン;
(5) 湿潤及び/若しくは分散添加剤;
(6) 上記物質(1)〜(5)の1つ若しくは複数の混合物
によって改質されることを特徴とする請求項1〜7のいずれか1つに記載のコーティング。 - 前記ナノ粒子(B)の表面が、少なくとも1つの化学的若しくは非化学的結合、特に共有結合、非共有結合、若しくは物理的結合を介して粒子の表面に付着する表面改質基によって改質されること、該改質基が、粒子表面と反応せず前記コーティングに対して不活性であるスペーサ成分を具備することを特徴とする請求項1〜8のいずれか1つに記載のコーティング。
- 粒子(B)の改質剤ではない表面活性剤を含むことを特徴とする請求項1〜9のいずれか1つに記載のコーティング。
- 前記金属製基板が、腐食する金属、金属混合物、金属合成物若しくは金属合金を具備すること、さらに鉄、スチール、アルミニウム、ダイキャストアルミニウム、ダイキャスト合金、若しくはマグネシウム−アルミニウム合金の少なくとも1つを具備することを特徴とする請求項1〜10のいずれか1つに記載のコーティング。
- 硬化性コーティング組成物が、15〜900μmの間の深さ、特に15〜30μmの間の深さを有することを特徴とする請求項1〜11のいずれか1つに記載のコーティング。
- 前記硬化性コーティング組成物と前記基板の間には、顔料及び/若しくは充填剤を含む1つ以上のコーティング層が嵌め込まれることを特徴とする請求項1〜12のいずれか1つに記載のコーティング。
- 前記硬化性コーティング組成物が、金属製基板に直接結合されること、又は、深さ5〜30μmの陰極防食コーティングが、前記金属製基板と前記硬化性コーティング組成物の間に嵌め込まれることを特徴とする請求項1〜12のいずれか1つに記載のコーティング。
- 前記コーティングが塗布される前記基板、特に金属製基板の耐食性を向上させるための請求項1〜14のいずれか1つに記載のコーティングの使用。
