Abstract
Description
(1) 非導電性基材であって、上面と、この非導電性基材を貫通する少なくとも1つのチャネルと、を備える非導電性基材と、
前記非導電性基材の前記上面の少なくとも一部に隣接して配置され、前記チャネルを貫通して延在して、電源に電気的に結合されるように適合される、導電性トレース材料と、
不活性であるか又は前記トレース材料より耐腐食性の高い第2の導電性材料であって、前記トレース材料の上面に隣接しこの上面全体を覆って配置された、第2の導電性材料と、
不活性であるか又は前記トレース材料より耐腐食性の高い第3の導電性材料であって、前記第2の導電性材料の上面に隣接しこの上面全体を覆い、前記第2の導電性材料を囲む前記非導電性基材の上面の一部を覆って配置された、第3の導電性材料と、
前記第3の導電性トレース材料の上面の一部に隣接して配置された導電性ヒドロゲルと、を含む電極であって、
前記導電性ヒドロゲルが、前記トレース材料から横方向にオフセットしている、電極。
(2) 前記非導電性基材の前記上面が凹部を含み、前記少なくとも1つのチャネルが前記凹部内に配置される、実施態様1に記載の電極。
(3) 前記導電性トレース材料の全体が前記凹部内に配置される、実施態様2に記載の電極。
(4) 前記第2の導電性材料の全体が前記凹部内に配置される、実施態様3に記載の電極。
(5) 前記トレース材料が銅から構成される、実施態様1に記載の電極。
(6) 前記第2の導電性材料が金又は金/ニッケルから構成される、実施態様5に記載の電極。
(7) 前記第3の導電性材料が銀から構成される、実施態様6に記載の電極。
(8) 前記第3の導電性材料の上面の少なくとも一部に隣接して前記ヒドロゲルを実質的に囲むように配置された発泡体材料を更に含む、実施態様1に記載の電極。
(9) 非導電性基材であって、上面と、底面と、この非導電性基材を貫通して延在する少なくとも1つのチャネルとを備え、可撓性材料から構成される非導電性基材と、
前記非導電性基材の前記上面の少なくとも一部に隣接して配置され、前記チャネルを貫通して延在して、電極電源に電気的に結合されるように構成された銅トレース材料と、
前記トレース材料の上面を覆うように隣接して配置され、金又は金/ニッケルから構成される第2の導電性材料と、
前記第2の導電性材料の上面を覆うように隣接して配置され、銀から構成される第3の導電性材料と、
前記第3の導電性材料の上面に隣接しこの上面の少なくとも一部を覆って配置され、前記トレース材料から横方向にオフセットしている導電性ヒドロゲルと、を含む、電極。
(10) 前記ヒドロゲルを実質的に囲むが前記ヒドロゲルの上面は露出したまま残す、発泡体材料を更に含む、実施態様9に記載の電極。
(12) 前記導電性トレース材料の全体が前記凹部内に配置される、実施態様11に記載の電極。
(13) 前記第2の導電性材料の全体が前記凹部内に配置される、実施態様12に記載の電極。
Claims (8)
- 非導電性基材であって、上面と、この非導電性基材を貫通する少なくとも1つのチャネルと、を備える非導電性基材と、
前記非導電性基材の前記上面の少なくとも一部に隣接して配置され、前記チャネルを貫通して延在して、電源に電気的に結合されるように適合される、導電性トレース材料と、
不活性であるか又は前記トレース材料より耐腐食性の高い第2の導電性材料であって、前記トレース材料の上面に隣接しこの上面全体を覆って配置された、第2の導電性材料と、
不活性であるか又は前記トレース材料より耐腐食性の高い第3の導電性材料であって、前記第2の導電性材料の上面に隣接しこの上面全体を覆い、前記第2の導電性材料を囲む前記非導電性基材の上面の一部を覆って配置された、第3の導電性材料と、
前記第3の導電性トレース材料の上面の一部に隣接して配置された導電性ヒドロゲルと、を含む電極であって、
前記導電性ヒドロゲルが、前記トレース材料から横方向にオフセットしている、電極。 - 前記非導電性基材の前記上面が凹部を含み、前記少なくとも1つのチャネルが前記凹部内に配置される、請求項1に記載の電極。
- 前記導電性トレース材料の全体が前記凹部内に配置される、請求項2に記載の電極。
- 前記第2の導電性材料の全体が前記凹部内に配置される、請求項3に記載の電極。
- 前記トレース材料が銅から構成される、請求項1に記載の電極。
- 前記第2の導電性材料が金又は金/ニッケルから構成される、請求項5に記載の電極。
- 前記第3の導電性材料が銀から構成される、請求項6に記載の電極。
- 前記第3の導電性材料の上面の少なくとも一部に隣接して前記ヒドロゲルを実質的に囲むように配置された発泡体材料を更に含む、請求項1に記載の電極。
