Abstract
【解決手段】所定間隔離して対向させた第1、第2リム部と、この第1、第2リム部の間に架設した複数の柱部とを有し、隣り合う柱部23と前記第1、第2リム部とによって囲まれる空間を、転動体を収容するポケット24として構成している複数の合成樹脂製の保持器セグメント2を、周方向に沿って環状に配列した転がり軸受用の分割保持器。前記柱部23と前記第1リム部21との境界及び/又は前記柱部23と前記第2リム部22との境界の径方向端部に、補強用の突起部30が形成されている。

Description
前記柱部と前記第1リム部との境界及び/又は前記柱部と前記第2リム部との境界の径方向端部に、補強用の突起部が形成されていることを特徴としている。
図1は、本発明の一実施の形態に係る分割保持器1を示す説明図であり、図2は、分割保持器1を構成する保持器セグメント2を示す斜視説明図である。
分割保持器1は風力発電装置の主軸を支持する転がり軸受に用いられる大型のものであり、複数の円弧状の保持器セグメント2を、周方向に沿って環状に配列することによって構成されている。各保持器セグメント2は、平面視ほぼ矩形状である。
なお、今回開示された実施の形態はすべての点において単なる例示であって制限的なものではないと考えられるべきである。本発明の範囲は、前記した意味ではなく、特許請求の範囲によって示され、特許請求の範囲と均等の意味及び範囲内のすべての変更が含まれることが意図される。
Claims (2)
- 所定間隔離して対向させた第1、第2リム部と、この第1、第2リム部の間に架設した複数の柱部とを有し、隣り合う柱部と前記第1、第2リム部とによって囲まれる空間を、転動体を収容するポケットとして構成している複数の合成樹脂製の保持器セグメントを、周方向に沿って環状に配列した転がり軸受用の分割保持器であって、
前記柱部と前記第1リム部との境界及び/又は前記柱部と前記第2リム部との境界の径方向端部に、補強用の突起部が形成されていることを特徴とする転がり軸受用の分割保持器。 - 前記突起部は、前記ポケットに潤滑油を導くために、平面視においてリム部側に向かうにつれ拡がり且つ前記ポケットを臨む湾曲面を有する請求項1に記載の転がり軸受用の分割保持器。
