【解決手段】リボン状の金属箔からなる測定端子片2を、接着剤3を介して太陽電池1の電極4上に配置し、測定端子片2に電流計5又は電圧計6を接続して太陽電池1の電気的特性を測定する。

Description
次いで、測定端子片2によって電気的特性の測定が行われる太陽電池1について説明する。太陽電池1としては、例えばガラスやステンレススチールなどの基板上に、光電変換層である半導体層を形成したいわゆる薄膜太陽電池を用いることができる。薄膜太陽電池からなる太陽電池1は、透光性絶縁基板12上に、図示は省略しているが、透明導電膜からなる透明電極膜、光電変換層、裏面電極膜がこの順に積層されて形成され、透光性絶縁基板12側から光を入射させるスーパーストレート型の太陽電池である。なお、薄膜太陽電池には、基材、裏面電極、光電変換層、透明電極の順で形成されたサブストレート型太陽電池もある。以下では、スーパーストレート型の薄膜太陽電池1を例に説明するが、本技術は、サブストレート型の薄膜太陽電池に用いることもできる。
フェノキシ樹脂(YP50:新日鐵化学株式会社製);50質量部
エポキシ樹脂(エピコート630:三菱化学株式会社製);4質量部
液状エポキシ分散型イミダゾール型硬化剤樹脂(ノバキュア3941HP:旭化成イーマテリアルズ株式会社製);25質量部
シランカップリング剤(A−187:モメンティブパフォーマンスマテリアルズ製);1質量部

Claims (13)
- リボン状の金属箔からなる測定端子片を、接着剤を介して太陽電池の電極上に配置し、
上記測定端子片に電流計又は電圧計を接続して上記太陽電池の電気的特性を測定する太陽電池の出力測定方法。 - 上記測定端子片は、上記太陽電池の相対向する2側縁間に亘って形成されている電極の長さ以上の長さを有する請求項1記載の太陽電池の出力測定方法。
- 上記接着剤は、フィルム状に成型され、予め上記測定端子片の上記太陽電池への接続面に積層されている請求項1記載の太陽電池の出力測定方法。
- 上記接着剤は、上記太陽電池の電気的出力の測定後、上記太陽電池より剥離可能である請求項1〜請求項3のいずれか1項に記載の太陽電池の出力測定方法。
- 上記接着剤は、タック力が0.1N以上5N未満である請求項4記載の太陽電池の出力測定方法。
- 上記接着剤は、バインダー樹脂に導電性フィラーが分散された導電性接着剤である請求項1記載の太陽電池の出力測定方法。
- 上記接着剤は、上記導電性フィラーの含有量が5〜60質量部である請求項6記載の太陽電池の出力測定方法。
- 上記接着剤は、上記導電性フィラーの含有量が20〜40質量部である請求項7記載の太陽電池の出力測定方法。
- 上記金属箔の表面粗さ(Rz)が5〜20である請求項1〜請求項8のいずれか1項に記載の太陽電池の出力測定方法。
- 上記太陽電池は、結晶系太陽電池であり、バスバーレス構造である請求項1〜請求項9のいずれか1項に記載の太陽電池の出力測定方法。
- 上記太陽電池は、薄膜系の太陽電池である請求項1〜請求項9のいずれか1項に記載の太陽電池の出力測定方法。
- 接着剤を介して太陽電池の電極上に配置されるリボン状の金属箔からなる測定端子片を備え、
