Abstract
【解決手段】この浸透固化処理工法は、地盤G内へ薬液を注入し浸透させ地盤の固化を図る浸透固化処理工法であって、浸透固化対象の地盤部分G2が不飽和状態であるとき、薬液注入の前に地盤部分G2へ水を注入する。

(実験例)
(1)地下水位より浅い不飽和地盤を想定した模型地盤へ固化体を薬液注入により形成するために、実験土槽として小型土槽(ドラム缶)を用いた。固化体(球状)の予定直径は30cm(r=15cm)として注入諸元を決定した。土槽に使用する砂の体積は、0.125m3、固化体の体積は、0.014m3(=14L)である。図2(a)(b)に示すように、実験土槽としてドラム缶を使用し、蓋としてコンクリートを打設し、実験土槽には3回に分けて砂を投入し締固め方式で模型地盤をつくった。注入管は土中に設置後、石膏水で管周囲を固定した。
Dr=55%を想定した(乾燥密度ρd=1.2〜1.4g/cm3、間隙率n=46%〜54%を想定)。含水比wn=22%に設定した。細粒分含有率Fc=11%であった。
各ケースについて、実験土槽より掘り出した土の固化体形状を示す概略図、充填率、一軸圧縮強度を表1に示す。
Claims (6)
- 地盤内へ薬液を注入し浸透させ地盤の固化を図る浸透固化処理工法であって、
浸透固化対象の地盤が不飽和状態であるとき、前記地盤への薬液注入の前に前記地盤へ水を注入することを特徴とする浸透固化処理工法。 - 地盤内へ薬液を注入し浸透させ地盤の固化を図る浸透固化処理工法であって、
浸透固化対象の地盤内に地下水位面があるとき、前記地盤の前記地下水位面よりも浅い部分に対して前記地盤への薬液注入の前に前記地盤へ水を注入することを特徴とする浸透固化処理工法。 - 前記注入する水を、前記薬液注入範囲における間隙量の50%〜500%とする請求項1または2に記載の浸透固化処理工法。
- 前記注入する水として地下水または海水を利用する請求項1乃至3のいずれか1項に記載の浸透固化処理工法。
- 前記水を注入する手段として前記薬液注入のための手段を利用する請求項1乃至4のいずれか1項に記載の浸透固化処理工法。
- 地震による地盤の液状化を防止するために適用される請求項1乃至5のいずれか1項に記載の浸透固化処理工法。
