Claims (10)
- ビーム案内空洞部(8)を直接取り囲んでいる中空円筒状絶縁コア(6)を備えた、荷電粒子ビーム(10)を案内するためのビーム管(4)であって、前記中空円筒状絶縁コア(6)が、誘電作用支持基材(14)とその中に保持された電気導体(16)とで形成されているビーム管(4)において、
前記導体(16)が、前記絶縁コア(6)の周囲を種々の軸方向位置で完全に周回し、互いに導電結合された複数の導体ループ(20)に分けられていることを特徴とする荷電粒子ビーム(10)を案内するためのビーム管。 - 前記支持基材内に前記ビーム管の軸線に沿って相前後して配置された複数の金属層が設けられ、これらの金属層が前記電気導体によって互いに導電結合されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のビーム管。
- 前記導体ループ(20)がらせん状コイルを形成していることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載のビーム管。
- 前記導体(16)が前記支持基材(14)に埋設されていることを特徴とする請求項1から3のいずれか1項に記載のビーム管。
- 前記導体(16)が前記支持基材(14)を完全に貫通していることを特徴とする請求項1から4のいずれか1項に記載のビーム管。
- 前記絶縁コア(6)を取り囲む金属ハウジング(5)を備えていることを特徴とする請求項1から5のいずれか1項に記載のビーム管。
- 前記導体(16)が前記ハウジング(5)に少なくとも一点で導電結合されていることを特徴とする請求項1から6のいずれか1項に記載のビーム管。
- 前記導体(16)が前記ハウジング(5)に互いに間隔を隔てられた少なくとも二点で、特に端面側で導電結合されていることを特徴とする請求項1から7のいずれか1項に記載のビーム管。
- 前記導体(16)と前記支持基材(14)がワイヤ状に形成され、二重コイルとして巻回されていることを特徴とする請求項1から8のいずれか1項に記載のビーム管。
- 請求項1から9のいずれか1項に記載のビーム管(4)を備えていることを特徴とする粒子加速器(2)特に直線加速器。
