前記内側薄板(3a)が、前記水平の断熱部分(7)上に内側薄板コンクリート底部層(8)を含み、前記内側薄板コンクリート底部層(8)が、周方向応力を補強された内側薄板壁外側コンクリート層(11)と構造的に連続して形成され、前記内側薄板コンクリート底部層(8)と前記内側薄板壁外側コンクリート層(11)との両方が、金属製の連続する内側薄板金属膜(9、12)で内張りされ、
前記内側薄板金属膜(9、12)が、内側薄板内側コンクリート層(10、13)で内張りされ、
周方向に応力補強された前記外側薄板外側コンクリート壁(50)が、断熱されたドーム構造(4)を支持する、ことを特徴とする極低温液体貯蔵タンク。 - 前記外側薄板(3b)がサンドイッチ構造を含み、前記外側薄板底板(5)及び周方向応力を補強された前記外側薄板補強コンクリート層(50)に接して形成された前記外側薄板金属層(6、51)に接して、外側薄板内側コンクリート層(52、53)が形成され、前記外側薄板内側コンクリート層(53)が、前記底部断熱層(7)の下に位置している、請求項1に記載の極低温液体貯蔵タンク。
- 前記内側薄板内側コンクリート層(10、13)が、前記内側薄板金属膜(12)の熱収縮を防止するために、前記内側薄板金属膜(12)を機械的に安定させるように配置されている、請求項1に記載の極低温液体貯蔵タンク。
- 前記外側薄板内側コンクリート層(53、52)が、前記極低温流体が漏れた場合に前記外側薄板膜(6、51)の熱収縮を防止するために、前記外側薄板金属膜(6、51)を機械的に安定させるように配置されている、請求項1に記載の極低温液体貯蔵タンク。
- 垂直面における前記側壁(3)の湾曲が、垂直面と水平面の両方において凸状になっている、請求項1に記載の極低温液体貯蔵タンク。
- 前記側壁が、前記側壁の下部部分(30)において概ね垂直であり、前記側壁の上部部分(32)において内方へ湾曲している、請求項5に記載の極低温液体貯蔵タンク。
- 前記外側薄板コンクリート壁(50)が上縁部(E)で終わり、前記上縁部(E)上に前記ドーム構造(4)が置かれている、請求項1に記載の極低温液体貯蔵タンク。
- 極低温液体貯蔵タンクを構築する方法であって、
外側薄板(3b)の底部部分として基板上に基底板(2、5)を形成するステップと、
前記基底板(2、5)の上に置かれる外側薄板金属膜(6、51)を形成するステップと、
スリップ・フォームを使用して、前記基底板(2、5)の周辺部近傍に外側薄板コンクリート壁(50)をスリップ・フォーム工法で構築し、引き続いて前記外側薄板コンクリート壁(50)の内面に沿って上方へ延びる前記外側薄板金属膜(6、51)を形成するステップと、
スリップ・フォームを使用することによって、外側薄板内側コンクリート層(53、52)をスリップ・フォーム工法で構築するステップであって、−前記外側薄板内側コンクリート層(53、52)を、好ましくは前記外側薄板外側コンクリート層(50)をスリップ・フォーム工法で建設している間に、前記外側薄板金属膜(6、51)の内側表面に沿って形成する、ステップと、
前記基底板(2、5)の前記周辺部近傍で上方へ延びる内側薄板(3a)及び外側薄板(3b)を含む側壁(3)を全体としてスリップ・フォーム工法で建設するステップであって、
前記基底板(2)及び側壁(3)が、内側薄板(3a)を全体として包む外側薄板(3b)を含み、両方が、前記基底板(2)から前記側壁(3)へ連続する遷移部を形成し、
前記基底板(2)の前記外側薄板(3b)部分が、基板上に下部コンクリート底部層(5)を含み、前記コンクリート底部層(5)を、前記外側側壁(3b)の外側薄板補強コンクリート層(50)と連続して形成し、前記外側薄板コンクリート層(50)を周方向応力で補強し、
前記外側側壁(3b)を構成する前記外側薄板コンクリート底部層(5)及び周方向応力を補強した前記外側薄板補強コンクリート層(50)の内部表面を、金属製の連続する外側薄板金属膜(6、51)で内張りする、ステップと、
外側薄板内側コンクリート層(53)を形成するステップと、
前記下部コンクリート底部層(5)上の前記外側薄板内側コンクリート層(53)及び外側薄板金属膜(6、51)に接して配置された底部断熱層部分(7)を有する断熱層(7、14i)を形成するステップであって、
前記断熱層(7)を、前記外側薄板(3b)の内面と前記内側薄板(3a)の外面の間の壁断熱材で充填された環状空胴(14)と全体として連続して形成し、
前記内側薄板(3a)が、前記水平の断熱部分(7)上に内側薄板コンクリート底部層(8)を含み、前記内側薄板コンクリート底部層(8)を、周方向応力を補強した内側薄板壁外側コンクリート層(11)と構造的に連続して形成し、
前記内側薄板コンクリート底部層(8)及び周方向応力を補強した前記内側薄板壁外側コンクリート層(11)を、内側薄板金属膜(9、12)で内張りし、
前記内側薄板金属膜(9、12)を、内側薄板内側コンクリート層(10、13)で内張りし、
周方向応力を補強された前記外側薄板コンクリート壁(50)が、断熱されたドーム構造(4)を支持するようにする、ステップと
を含む、極低温液体貯蔵タンクを構築する方法。
