Description
Claims (15)
- 少なくとも1種のポリマー材料でコーティングされた、少なくとも1つの刃先を、等方圧加圧(IP)することを特徴とする、カミソリ刃の形成方法。
- 前記等方圧加圧が、熱間等方圧加圧(HIP)、又は冷間等方圧加圧(CIP)からなる、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記ポリマー材料がフルオロポリマーを含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記等方圧加圧されたポリマーコーティングが、約10nm〜約100nmの厚さの範囲である、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記等方圧加圧されたポリマーコーティングが、実質的に均一な表面形態を有する、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記等方圧加圧されたポリマーコーティングが、実質的にゼロの孔隙率を有する、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記HIPが、約300℃〜約380℃の範囲の温度、約10MPa〜約550MPaの圧力範囲、アルゴン又は窒素の不活性雰囲気を更に含み、前記HIPは、約10分〜約10時間の範囲の時間をかけて適用される、請求項2に記載の方法。
- 前記等方圧加圧の工程が、前記ポリマー材料を焼結させた後に、前記ポリマー材料に適用される、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記ポリマー材料が非フルオロポリマーを含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記カミソリ刃が、鋼、クロム(Cr)、ダイヤモンドライクカーボン(DLC)、非結晶ダイヤモンド、又はクロム/白金(Cr/Pt)からなる、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記少なくとも1つの刃先が、浸漬、スピンコーティング、スパッタリング、又は熱化学気相成長法(CVD)によって、前記ポリマーでコーティングされる、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 請求項1に記載の方法を使用して形成される、カミソリの刃先。
- 等方圧加圧されたポリマー材料でコーティングされた刃先を特徴とする、カミソリ刃。
- 前記ポリマー材料がフルオロポリマーを含む、請求項13に記載のカミソリ刃。
- 前記等方圧加圧されたコーティングが、熱間等方圧加圧(HIP)によって形成され、約10nm〜約100nmの厚さの範囲であり、実質的に均一な表面形態を有し、実質的にゼロの孔隙率を有する、請求項13に記載のカミソリ刃。
