- 前記第1及び第2の管状部分が、それぞれヒート・セットされて、拡張したヒート・セット構成となるように構成された少なくとも1つの金属材料層を含む、請求項3に記載された医療デバイス。
- 前記第1及び第2の管状部分が、それぞれカテーテル内を送達されるようにそれぞれの前記拡張したヒート・セット構成よりも小さい直径に拘束され、前記カテーテルから展開されるとそれぞれの前記拡張したヒート・セット構成に戻るように構成される、請求項6に記載された医療デバイス。
- 前記第1の管状部分、前記第2の管状部分、及び前記連結部分が、共通の材料から一体に形成される、請求項1に記載された医療デバイス。
- 前記第1の管状部分、前記第2の管状部分、及び前記連結部分が、編組された金属材料から形成される、請求項8に記載された医療デバイス。
- 前記連結部分の長さが調節可能である、請求項1に記載された医療デバイス。
- 前記第1の管状部分が、前記管腔の前記弓状部分の下流に配置されるように構成されたステント・グラフトである、請求項1に記載された医療デバイス。
- 前記第2の管状部分が、前記管腔の前記弓状部分の上流に前記医療デバイスを固定するように構成される、請求項11に記載された医療デバイス。
- 前記連結部分が弾性である、請求項1に記載された医療デバイス。
- 前記連結部分が、予め設定され記憶された弓状の構成を含む、請求項1に記載された医療デバイス。
- 前記管腔の前記弓状部分内での前記連結部分及び前記開口部の各位置は、前記少なくとも1つの側枝管腔の位置に応じて回転することで変更される、請求項1に記載された医療デバイス。
- 前記第1の管状部分が、下行胸部大動脈内に配置されるように構成され、前記第2の管状部分が、上行胸部大動脈内に配置されるように構成され、前記連結部分が、大動脈弓内に配置されるように構成され、前記開口部が、前記大動脈弓から延びる少なくとも1つの動脈と位置合わせされるように構成される、請求項1に記載された医療デバイス。
- 前記拘束ステップが、前記第1及び第2の管状部分の両方を軸方向に伸ばすステップを含む、請求項17に記載された方法。
- 前記送達ステップが、前記医療デバイスをガイドワイヤ上で送達するステップを含む、請求項17に記載された方法。
- 前記展開ステップが、前記第1及び第2の管状部分が、それぞれ自己拡張し、それぞれの前記拡張構成に戻るように、前記第1及び第2の管状部分を展開するステップを含む、請求項17に記載された方法。
- 前記展開ステップが、前記第1及び第2の管状部分をそれぞれの前記拡張構成に戻らせるように、前記第1及び第2の管状部分を軸方向に圧縮するステップを含む、請求項17に記載された方法。
- 前記医療デバイスの前記展開ステップが、前記少なくとも1つの側枝管腔に対する、前記管腔の前記弓状部分内の前記連結部分及び前記開口部のそれぞれの位置に応じて、回転させて変更するステップである、請求項17に記載された方法。
