- 前記少なくとも1つの弁リーフレット用の支持構造(31、43)をさらに備える、請求項1に記載の弁プロテーゼ。
- 前記補強要素(11、110、111)の厚さが40μm未満、より好ましくは30μm未満、最も好ましくは20μm未満である、請求項1又は2に記載の弁プロテーゼ。

(a)少なくとも二方向に延在する、延伸超高分子量ポリオレフィンの一方向性補強要素(110、111)の材料構造(11)を提供するステップであって、前記ポリオレフィン補強要素の弾性率が少なくとも60GPaである、ステップと、
(b)前記弁プロテーゼ(40)の少なくとも一部の形態である前記材料構造(11)を成形するステップと、
(c)高温及び高圧下で前記材料構造を圧密化するステップと、
を含む、方法。 - マトリックスバインダーが前記材料構造に適用され、高温及び高圧下でそれと圧密化される、請求項14に記載の方法。
