Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a cosmetic pigment dispersion. Specifically, the present invention relates to a pigment dispersion for water-based cosmetics used by filling a pen-type container. A makeup product in which a cosmetic containing the pigment dispersion according to the present invention as a main ingredient is filled in a pen-type container can be suitably used as an eyeliner.
Conventionally, black iron oxide (triiron tetroxide) is often used as a black colorant in cosmetic pigments. Black iron oxide has no problem in safety and has excellent colorability.
However, black iron oxide has strong magnetism and high specific gravity, so it has poor dispersibility, and even if it can be dispersed once, it tends to settle and solidify over time. Therefore, when black iron oxide is blended with cosmetics filled in a pen-type container, there is a problem that clogging is likely to occur over time. Various methods have been developed in order to solve this problem.
For example, Patent Document 1 discloses that the particle diameter of 70% of the iron oxide to be blended is suppressed to 1 to 2 μm or less, and a copolymer of a hydrophobic dissonant monomer and a hydrophilic dissonant monomer and / or a salt thereof and a polysiloxane. There has been proposed a liquid cosmetic which uses a dispersant combined with oxyethylene polyoxypropylene alkyl ether and suppresses the precipitation of iron oxide and improves the stability over time by suppressing the overall viscosity to 200 cps or less. Yes.
Further, in Patent Document 2, a salt of a higher fatty acid is added as a surface treatment agent for iron oxide, and an alkali metal salt of lauryl sulfate is added as a micellar agent to reduce the overall viscosity to 200 cps or less. Liquid cosmetics that form a stable micelle state and prevent clogging over time have been proposed without limiting the above.
Furthermore, Patent Document 3 uses black iron oxide that has been hydrophilized, and is mixed with a hydrophilic nonionic surfactant, a polysaccharide, a sequestering agent, and a polymer emulsion to disperse black iron oxide. Liquid pen cosmetics for brush pen type cosmetics that have good properties and excellent usability have been proposed.
Further, Patent Document 4 contains black iron oxide, an anionic dispersant having an average molecular weight in a specific range and water, and also contains Bengala or yellow iron oxide, and black iron oxide is uniformly dispersed in a fine state. A cosmetic pigment dispersion having excellent stability over time has been proposed.
Furthermore, Patent Document 5 contains a pigment obtained by oxidizing black iron oxide in a specific temperature range under an atmosphere containing oxygen, and is excellent in water resistance and skin adhesion, and is excellent in makeup. A liner has been proposed.
The present inventor continued research to make cosmetic pigments containing black iron oxide easier to use, and in the process, tried all of the technologies disclosed above, all showing satisfactory effects. It wasn't. Therefore, the present inventor conducted further research and continued the test focusing on the method of using alpha olefin sulfonate, which is known as a surfactant, together with black iron oxide in combination with Bengala. The invention has been completed.
The present invention relates to a pigment dispersion for water-based cosmetics that has been improved so as not to cause clogging even when filled with a pen-type container in a cosmetic pigment dispersion containing black iron oxide. According to the present invention, clogging is unlikely to occur even when a cosmetic pigment dispersion containing black iron oxide is used in a pen-type container as a cosmetic main ingredient. Therefore, the cosmetic pigment dispersion according to the present invention can be used very suitably as a main component of an eyeliner.
The cosmetic pigment dispersion according to the present invention is characterized in that black iron oxide is used in combination with a small amount of bengara and alpha olefin sulfonate is added. Specifically, sodium alpha olefin sulfonate or the like is used as the alpha olefin sulfonate, and the blending amount is preferably 3 to 5% by weight of the total dispersion. The particularly preferred amount of alpha olefin sulfonate is 4% by weight.
Moreover, in this invention, it is preferable that the compounding ratio of the black iron oxide and Bengala as a pigment shall be 4-6 black iron oxides vs. Bengala 1 by weight ratio. Particularly preferred is a blending ratio of black iron oxide 5 to bengara 1. Furthermore, it is preferable that the blending ratio of the total amount of the pigment containing black iron oxide and bengara is within 30% by weight of the total amount of the dispersion.
In the cosmetic pigment dispersion according to the present invention, the high specific gravity of black iron oxide does not gel, and the reason why the dispersion state can be maintained well is to adjust the color tone of the pigment by using black iron oxide together with Bengala. This is considered to be because the amount of black iron oxide can be suppressed, and the black iron oxide particles can be maintained hydrophilic by the surface-active action as a dispersant for the alpha olefin sulfonate.
Alkyl sulfonates, alkyl sulfates, alkyl ether sulfates, and the like have good effects as dispersants for pigments, but considering the feeling of use as cosmetics (texture) and dispersibility, alpha olefin sulfonic acid Salt is optimal. In addition to the sodium alpha olefin sulfonate as the surfactant, the present inventor tried using triethanolamine lauryl sulfate, diethylhexyl sodium succinate, etc., except for sodium alpha olefin sulfonate, The dispersed state could not be maintained.
Alpha olefin sulfonates are traditionally used as detergents, detergents, inks and hair wash surfactants. There are various types such as sodium alpha olefin sulfonate, potassium alpha olefin sulfonate, and ammonium alpha olefin sulfonate. Any of them can be used in the invention. In particular, the use of sodium alpha olefin sulfonate is preferred.
Moreover, it is preferable to mix | blend sodium sulfate (especially sodium chondroitin sulfate) in the pigment dispersion liquid for cosmetics which concerns on this invention in order to soften the feel of pigments, such as black iron oxide and a bengara. Sodium sulfate has a protective effect on the cornea of the eye and has excellent moisture retention.
Furthermore, it is preferable to add oleic acid to the cosmetic pigment dispersion according to the present invention in order to assist dispersibility of pigments such as black iron oxide bengara. Oleic acid is a kind of fatty acid obtained by hydrolysis using natural liquid oil as a raw material, and is usually used in cosmetics because it is usually colorless and has good affinity with the skin. In addition, since oleic acid is easy to be oxidized, care is required for storage.
The method for producing a pigment dispersion for cosmetics according to the present invention is not particularly different from the conventional method for making a pigment dispersion. All the raw materials may be put into a stirring device such as a homomixer or a ball mill and mixed and stirred. In the case of a small amount, the aqueous raw material may be added little by little to the powder raw material and mixed and stirred so as not to become lumpy.
In the cosmetic pigment dispersion according to the present invention, a preservative, a humectant, a thickener, a pH adjuster, or the like may be added to the above raw materials. As the preservative, for example, parachlorometaxylenol, isopropylmethylphenol, paraoxybenzoates and the like are suitable.
Suitable moisturizers include polyethylene glycol, polypropylene glycol, ethylene glycol, maltitol, sorbit and the like.
Suitable examples of the thickening agent include sodium alginate, xanthan gum, casein, locust bean gum and the like.
Furthermore, examples of suitable pH adjusting agents include sodium hydroxide, potassium hydroxide, magnesium hydroxide and the like.
