Abstract

【課題】納豆を食す場合において、薬味の添加が必要な場合、袋状の薬味は開封や添加時、飛散などが起こった。薬味の添加しやすい構造を考える必要がある。
【解決手段】保存方を薬味袋から、納豆容器の蓋体上面に保存用の窪みを設け薬味を保存し、本体と蓋合わせ部の出口穴シールが、本体容器蓋を開けることで、保存部出口シールが剥がれ開口する、これにより蓋体上面の絞り出しシートを絞りだすことで、保存部出口より本体内部の納豆に添加できる構造とした。

Description

薬味保存部より納豆容器内部に簡単に薬味注入ができる納豆容器である。
従来の納豆への薬味添加は手による薬味袋の開封注入で手の汚れや飛び散るなどが起きた。
また本体容器内を区切って薬味収納部を構成したものもあるが、混ぜにくくなることがあった。

薬味袋に変わる合理的な保存法と開封法を構成する。
上記課題を解決するため、蓋体上面に保存用の窪みを作り、その保存された内部で開封できる構造とした。
本発明は従来の薬味開封による、飛散や手の汚れの防止の他、同時開封や容器スペースの効率化が図れる。
（a）は本発明容器の概略断面図で、（ｂ）はその納豆容器を開け薬味出口シールが剥がれる様子を示す概略図である。
上記目的を達するため薬味袋を使用せず、蓋体のくぼみを容器とし、本体容器である蓋体の開閉により開く投入出口から本体内部納豆へ添加する。
図１ (a)は納豆容器本体と蓋体の概略断面図で(b)はその容器を開け薬味出口シールが剥がれる様子を示す概略図である。
容器蓋体上部に収納用の窪みをつけた薬味収納部１を構成し、上面に絞り出しシート２が張ってある。
なお薬味収納部１の底部に、薬味出口穴４が、シール状態３にあり、蓋の持ち上げにより図１（b）の状態となり、出口穴シート３がはがれ、出口穴４より本体内部の納豆に添加される。
上記により、薬味は、蓋体を開封する作業図１（b）により、薬味収納の出口穴シール３が開封され、内部シート有りの場合は取り除くことができ蓋を戻し、蓋上面の搾り出しシート２を押し、薬味収納部１より出口穴４を通し本体内部の納豆に添加される。
この発明は容器蓋体上面の内部へ窪む溝を保存部とし利用、その内容物の投入穴のシールを蓋の開口で開けさせるものであり、円形の容器においても蓋の回転で出口穴シールを剥がし本体へ流入させるものである。

  1. 納豆容器の蓋体補強及び合わせのための溝、外部上面の溝内を合わせ部より内側に広げ薬味収納とし仕切り、必要に応じ本体内部へ注入できる、下部開口と上面投入用シートを有する納豆容器
