（ニ）本体カバー（１）の左右サイドＡからＢに上から下までファスナー一対（８）を設ける。
（ホ）上部止めバンド（６）の両端にマジックテープ叉は結合ヒンジを付ける。
下部止めバンド（７）の両端にマジックテープ叉は結合ヒンジを付ける。
本発明は以上のような構造である。
本発明を使用するときは、足の膝下側面外側に、本体カバー（１）の内側上部止めバンド通し（２）、下部止めバンド通し（３）が当たるようにして上部止めバンド（６）と下部止めバンド（７）を足に巻き付けながら固定する。
上部止めバンド（６）と下部止めバンド（７）を足に固定する事により本体カバー（１）の右側（後）は足の後ろ側に巻きつく。本体カバー（１）の左側（前）を足の前側から内側に巻き付ける様にし、本体カバー（１）の左右ファスナーＡからＢを合わせて閉める。これにより雨避け膝下カバーが右足の膝下に固定され歩いてもズレる事がなく、雨を避けられる。Embodiments of the present invention will be described below.
