前記光学系は、前記第１の光源領域から光が照射される領域における短軸方向に対して光の強度の分布を狭める機能と、前記第２の光源領域から光が照射される領域における短軸方向に対して光の強度の分布を狭める機能と、を有することを特徴とするライトユニット。 - 請求項１または請求項２において、
前記光学系は、レンチキュラーレンズを有することを特徴とするライトユニット。 - 請求項１乃至請求項３のいずれか一に記載のライトユニットを有することを特徴とする表示装置。
