Description

Claims (17)
- 二酸化炭素を実質的に含んでなる気体状原料流から少なくとも一種の汚染物を除去する方法であって、前記方法が、二酸化炭素に富んだ気体流および少なくとも95%(w/w)の前記少なくとも一種の汚染物を含む汚染物に富んだ液体流が前記気体状原料流から得られる条件下で、前記気体状原料流を、上部、底部および中間部を有する吸収カラム中で、吸収剤が液体二酸化炭素である吸収工程に付する工程を含んでなり、前記少なくとも一種の汚染物が、非極性有機化合物または二酸化炭素の沸点より高い沸点を有する化合物からなる群から選択される、方法。
- 前記カラムに入る前記気体状原料流の温度が、一般的な吸収条件における二酸化炭素の露点温度より高い、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記少なくとも一種の汚染物が、酸素付加物、エステル、芳香族化合物およびアルコールからなる群から選択される、請求項1または2に記載の方法。
- 吸収剤の気体状原料流に対する比が、1/11〜1/2、好ましくは1/11〜1/3である、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記吸収剤が、純粋液体二酸化炭素の外部供給源、例えば同じ全体的な処理における下流の精製処理から来る流れである、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記吸収工程が、統合された脱水工程をさらに含んでなる、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記脱水工程が、前記気体状原料ガス中の水の活性を下げる水抑制剤、例えばメタノール、エタノール、モノエチレングリコールおよびトリエチレングリコール、を使用して行われる、請求項6に記載の方法。
- 前記脱水工程で使用される前記水抑制剤が再循環される、請求項6または7に記載の方法。
- 前記水抑制剤が、前記吸収カラムの前記中間部に、前記気体状原料流が前記吸収カラムに供給される位置より高い位置で供給される、請求項6〜8のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記液体二酸化炭素が前記吸収カラムから、前記水抑制剤の入口より高い位置で、部分的に抜き取られる、請求項9に記載の方法。
- 前記カラムの前記底部から出る、汚染物を含んでなる前記汚染物に富んだ液体二酸化炭素流を蒸発させ、前記吸収カラムに入る前記気体流に供給する、請求項1〜10のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- −所望により、前記吸収カラムから出る前記精製された気体状二酸化炭素流を加熱する工程、
−所望により、前記精製された気体状二酸化炭素流を濾過する工程、および
−前記精製された気体状二酸化炭素流を凝縮および/または蒸留し、高純度液体二酸化炭素流を与える工程
をさらに含んでなる、請求項1〜11のいずれか一項に記載の方法。 - 上部、底部、ならびに前記上部および前記底部の中間部を有する吸収カラム(A1)を備えた二酸化炭素精製装置であって、前記吸収カラムが、前記カラムの前記底部にある原料ガス入口(g1)、前記カラムの上部に配置される生成物ガス出口(g2)、前記カラムの前記上部に配置される液体二酸化炭素入口(l1)、前記カラムの前記底部に配置される廃棄液体出口(l2)を有し、前記吸収カラムが、前記原料ガス入口(g1)の上方で、かつ、液体二酸化炭素入口(l1)の下方に配置される水抑制剤液体入口(10)をさらに備えてなる、二酸化炭素精製装置。
- 前記カラムの前記底部に配置される前記廃棄液体出口(l2)が、前記カラムの外側位置で2つに分岐し、一方のパイプ(l2’)が前記水抑制剤入口パイプ(10)に供給され、他方のパイプが排出部(l2”)に供給される、請求項13に記載の装置。
- 前記カラムが、前記水抑制剤入口(10)と前記液体二酸化炭素入口(l1)との間に配置される二酸化炭素出口(l5)をさらに備える、請求項13または14に記載の装置。
- 前記原料ガス入口(g1)が、原料ガス供給源、好ましくは部分的に精製された二酸化炭素に接続されている、および/または前記生成物ガス出口(g2)が、二酸化炭素処理装置、例えば熱交換機および/またはフィルタおよび/または蒸留カラムに接続されている、および/または前記液体二酸化炭素入口(l1)が、液体二酸化炭素貯蔵部、例えば前記生成物ガス出口に接続された前記蒸留カラムに接続されている、および/または前記廃棄液体出口(l2)が、廃棄貯蔵部および/または前記水抑制剤入口に接続されている、および/または前記水抑制剤液体入口(l0)が水抑制剤貯蔵部に接続されている、請求項13〜15のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記二酸化炭素出口(l5)が原料ガス入口に接続されている、請求項15または16に記載の装置。
