Description
1)10−40PSIの連続空気流供給部は、空気式油分配弁アッセンブリの空気注入用マニホールドの右側または左側の空気流入ポートを介して空気式油分配弁アッセンブリに連結される。
2)150−3500PSIの潤滑油供給部は、空気式油分配弁アッセンブリの一組の連続的な分割弁の潤滑油の流入ポートに接続される。
3)サイクル表示部のピンリミットスイッチアッセンブリまたは直接取り付けられた近接スイッチのいずれかからなる潤滑油検査装置は、空気式油分配弁アッセンブリの一組の連続的な分割弁の弁ユニットの一つに機械的に連結され、かつ、潤滑油専用のシステムコントローラまたは潤滑油装置のPLC制御装置に電気的に接続される。
4)出荷時に、空気式油分配弁アッセンブリ用に最低必要作動空気圧に設定された空気圧センサからなる空気圧検査装置は、空気式油分配弁アッセンブリの空気注入用マニホールドの左側または右側の空気圧センサポートに機械的に連結され、かつ、潤滑油専用のシステムコントローラまたは潤滑油装置のPLC制御装置に電気的に接続される。
1)流入ポートに送り出された潤滑油を、必要な量に正確に分割して、個別の流出ポートから個々におよび分離して流出させる一組の連続的なモジュラー式の分割弁。これにより、一組の連続的なモジュラー式の分割弁が動作すると、必要な量の潤滑油が個々の流出ポートに分配される。
2)一定の大きさの径に穴開けされた空気通路により、均一の空気流および空気圧をマニホールド本体にわたって分配可能な空気注入用マニホールド。
3)空気注入用マニホールドから一組の連続的な分割弁の個々の前面ポートへ空気を個別に通過させることが可能な、シールされた専用の一方向空気注入部。これらの一方向空気注入部により、空気は分割バルブへ流れるが、潤滑油は、分割弁から空気注入用マニホールドに逆流することがない。
1)流入ポート14に送り出された潤滑油を、必要な分量に正確に分割して、個別の流出ポート16から個々におよび分離して流出させる一組の連続的なモジュラー式の分割弁12。これにより、一組の連続的なモジュラー式の分割弁12が動作すると、必要量の潤滑油が個々の流出ポート16に分配される。
2)一定の大きさの径に穴開けされた大径の空気通路32により、均一の空気流および空気圧をマニホールド本体にわたって分配可能な空気注入用マニホールド18。
3)空気注入用マニホールド18から一組の連続的な分割弁12の個々の前面ポート22へ空気を個別に通過させることが可能な、シールされた専用の一方向空気注入部20。これらの一方向空気注入部20により、空気は分割バルブ12へ流れるが、潤滑油は分割弁12から逆流して空気注入用マニホールド18に流入することがない。
Claims (2)
- 少なくとも一つの空気流入ポートと、分割バルブのポートと連結される複数のポートとを具え、前記分割バルブとともに用いられるマニホールドにおいて、
前記マニホールドの各ポートに設けられた逆止弁を具え、前記逆止弁により、前記マニホールドからの空気流だけが前記分割バルブへ流れるようになっていることを特徴とするマニホールド。 - 請求項1に記載のマニホールドにおいて、前記空気流入ポートと前記マニホールドのポートとが連結されていることを特徴とするマニホールド。
