Claims (21)
- 有機成分と、
消泡剤成分と、
を含む噴射溶液であって、
前記溶液が、約0.008%未満の消泡剤、およびカーボン・ナノチューブを含むことを特徴とする、溶液。 - 前記溶液がさらに水を含み、前記水が前記溶液の30%未満を構成することを特徴とする請求項1記載の溶液。
- 前記有機成分がアルコールであることを特徴とする請求項1記載の溶液。
- 前記アルコールがジオールアルコールであることを特徴とする請求項3記載の溶液。
- 前記アルコールがプロパンジオールであることを特徴とする請求項3記載の溶液。
- 前記アルコールがC1〜C6アルコールであることを特徴とする請求項3記載の溶液。
- 前記溶液が消泡剤成分を約0.005%未満の量で含むことを特徴とする請求項1記載の溶液。
- 前記消泡剤成分が非イオン化合物を含むことを特徴とする請求項1記載の溶液。
- 前記消泡剤成分が、1種類以上のジオールアルコールを含み、前記消泡剤成分が、前記有機成分とは異なる化合物であることを特徴とする請求項1記載の溶液。
- 前記消泡剤成分が、2,4,7,9−テトラメチル−5−デシン−4,7−ジオールを含むことを特徴とする請求項1記載の溶液。
- 前記溶液が、前記有機成分を約60〜80%の量で含むことを特徴とする請求項1記載の溶液。
- 293Kにおいて少なくとも1Pa・s(1000cP)の粘度を有する化合物をさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項1記載の溶液。
- 前記溶液が、前記カーボン・ナノチューブを5%未満の量で含むことを特徴とする請求項1記載の溶液。
- 前記溶液が、前記カーボン・ナノチューブを約2%未満の量で含むことを特徴とする請求項13記載の溶液。
- 前記溶液が、
約60〜80%の量の前記有機溶媒であって、プロパンジオールを含む前記有機溶媒と、
約0.001〜0.008%の量の前記消泡剤成分であって、2−プロパノールおよび2,4,7,9−テトラメチル−5−デシン−4,7−ジオールを含む前記消泡剤成分と、
約0.1〜5%の量の前記カーボン・ナノチューブと、
を含むことを特徴とする請求項1記載の溶液。 - 前記溶液が、約2〜4μN/m(約20〜40ダイン/cm)の表面張力を有することを特徴とする請求項1記載の溶液。
- 前記溶液が、17.7℃で約1〜5μPa・s(約1〜5cP)の粘度を有することを特徴とする請求項1記載の溶液。
- 前記溶液が、ポリマー、結合剤、樹脂、および付着剤を実質的に含まないことを特徴とする請求項1記載の溶液。
- カーボン・ナノチューブ層を形成する方法であって、
請求項1記載の溶液を基材上に噴射する工程と、
前記溶液から流体を蒸発させて前記カーボン・ナノチューブ層を形成する工程と、
を有してなる、方法。 - 前記溶液を噴射する工程が、約40μmの平均直径を有する液滴を噴射する工程を含むことを特徴とする請求項19記載の方法。
- 前記溶液を噴射する工程が、ピエゾ式のドロップ・オン・デマンドのインクジェットプリンターから液滴を噴出する工程を含むことを特徴とする請求項19記載の方法。
