Abstract
【解決手段】地盤に敷設された遮水シートの損傷部分を補修する止水剤であって、イソシアネート成分を含む主剤と、ひまし油変性ポリエステルポリオール及び可塑剤成分を含む硬化剤とを混合したウレタン系止水剤である。主剤は、ポリメチレンポリフェニルポリイソシアネートと4,4’−ジフェニルメタンジイソシアネートの混合物であり、可塑剤成分はアジピン酸ジイソノニルである。硬化剤は、粉黛類として炭酸カルシウムを更に含んでいる。

Description
まず、遮水シートの損傷箇所を補修するための止水剤について説明する。本実施形態で用いる止水剤は、イソシアネート成分を含む主剤と、ポリオール成分及び可塑剤成分を含む硬化剤とを混合したウレタン系止水剤である。具体的には図1に示す配合Aの組成、及び、配合Bの組成で作製した止水剤を用いている。
次に、前述の止水剤(配合A,配合B)を用いた遮水シートの補修試験について説明する。この補修試験では、図4に示すように、2枚の遮水シート1U,1Lを、間に導電マット2を挟んだ状態で重ねる。そして、遮水シート1Uの上に試験用の盛土3を設けて実験ヤード4としている。
以上説明したように、本実施形態では、イソシアネート成分を含む主剤と、ひまし油変性ポリエステルポリオール及び可塑剤成分を含む硬化剤とを混合したウレタン系止水剤を用いているので、常温であっても粘度が過度に高くならず、遮水シートの補修を行うことができる。これにより、加温の必要がなく取扱いの容易化が図れる。

Claims (5)
- 地盤に敷設された遮水シートの損傷部分を補修する止水剤であって、
前記止水剤は、
イソシアネート成分を含む主剤と、
ひまし油変性ポリエステルポリオール及び可塑剤成分を含む硬化剤とを混合したウレタン系止水剤であることを特徴とする遮水シート用止水剤。 - 前記主剤は、ポリメチレンポリフェニルポリイソシアネートと4,4’−ジフェニルメタンジイソシアネートの混合物であり、
前記可塑剤成分は、アジピン酸ジイソノニルであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の遮水シート用止水剤。 - 前記硬化剤は、粉黛類を更に含んでいることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の遮水シート用止水剤。
- 前記粉黛類は、炭酸カルシウムであることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の遮水シート用止水剤。
- 地盤に敷設された遮水シートの損傷部分を補修する補修工法であって、
積層された遮水シート同士の間に配置された導電マットを通じて、電気的状態を取得する工程と、
得られた電気的状態が漏水を示す場合、イソシアネート成分を含有する主剤とひまし油変性ポリエステルポリオール及び可塑剤成分を含有する硬化剤とを混合したウレタン系止水剤を、前記遮水シートの上面側から注入し、前記遮水シートの損傷部分を前記ウレタン系止水剤で塞ぐ工程と
を行うことを特徴とする遮水シートの補修工法。
