Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a caulking nozzle unit which can provide a sterically finishing shaped caulking process without using a curing tape or a spatula.SOLUTION: In a nozzle unit 1, a molding part 2 is bent as a caulking finishing shape and has two ground contact parts 5 which are nearly parallel to each other on its both sides. The ground contact parts 5 are pushed against a caulking process surface to provide a space between the molding part 2 and the caulking process surface, and thereby forming a discharge part 6 which defines a finishing shape and a pressure absorption part 7 which plays a role of absorbing the pressure fluctuation from a caulking gun or the like. The space is a taper-shaped, becoming thin from the pressure absorption part 7 to the discharge part 6. In the upper part of the molding part 2, an inclined injection port 3 to be connected with a caulking gun and the like through an adopter 4 is provided closely to the pressure absorption part 7. In the upper part of the pressure absorption part 7, an inclined guide plate 8 is provided to guide a stray caulking agent inside through the pressure absorption part 7.

Description

The present invention relates to a caulking nozzle that facilitates the caulking process of a lap joint between sheet metals used for a roof of a building or the like.

When caulking the overlapping joints of sheet metal used for building roofs, etc., apply curing tape to both ends of the caulking width, apply the required amount of caulking agent uniformly, press with a spatula, etc. The process of peeling the curing tape after forming into a three-dimensional finished shape (hereinafter referred to as finished shape) such as a shape, trapezoid, or triangle was performed step by step.

However, unlike joint caulking, there is no standard for caulking treatment width, so skill is required to apply the curing tape in parallel and straight lines, and when the caulking agent is temporarily applied, the overlap joint and the curing tape It becomes difficult to move the spatula or the like along the curing tape because the boundary is not visible.

Further, when the curing tape was peeled off, the cutting with the caulking agent was poor, stringing or the like occurred, and at high temperatures, the temporarily applied caulking agent was hardened on the surface and the finish was poor. Moreover, the protruding caulking agent was wasted.

There is something with a similar thought in the past literature. There is a so-called sealing device with a sealing press of utility model registration No. 3108811 (Patent Document 1). This is used by inserting into a nozzle of a caulking gun, caulking cartridge, etc. (hereinafter referred to as a caulking gun, etc.) and using a curing tape without applying a curing tape. Because of the form of insertion, there is a distance from the tip of the nozzle that extrudes the caulking agent to molding, and it is not suitable for use on a place where it hits a wall or the wall. In addition, it is difficult to check the amount of extrusion of the caulking agent, and it is easy to cause excess and deficiency, and there is a problem that the caulking agent runs out of the caulking or outside the apparatus. Furthermore, since the work is performed in the direction of pulling the instrument, in the worst case, the instrument may fall off during the work. There exists what is called the sealing material filling nozzle of Unexamined-Japanese-Patent No. 2000-213159 (patent document 2). This is a sealing material overflow prevention piece provided at the tip of the nozzle and a guide protrusion inserted into the caulking joint, and the joint is filled with a caulking agent, but the sealing material overflow prevention piece and the guide protrusion are used. Because the joints are blocked, the amount of extrusion of the caulking agent and the amount of movement of the nozzle must be proportional. There is a problem. In either case, it is difficult to correct if a defect or the like occurs due to excess or deficiency. There are other similar thoughts, but all are targeted for joint caulking and are similar to the present invention.

The caulking nozzle device of the present invention is an invention made in view of the conventional problems, and one object thereof is to apply a curing tape on a surface without a standard for the caulking width, uniformly apply the caulking agent temporarily, and This requires a lot of time and effort, as it requires a step-by-step process that requires a cram school to form a finished shape.

The caulking nozzle device of the present invention is characterized in that the caulking process can be completed only by moving the caulking agent while extruding the caulking agent without using a curing tape or a spatula.

Since the caulking nozzle apparatus of the present invention performs the caulking process by omitting the step of applying a curing tape or forming with a spatula or the like, the working time can be shortened.

Further, since the caulking agent is directly injected into the molding part 2 because the entire length thereof is short, the molding part 2 can be used on a place where it hits a wall, a wall surface, or the back surface.

In addition, since the coking process can be interrupted at an arbitrary place, when a defect or the like occurs, it can be returned and corrected.

Further, since the caulking process can be completed simultaneously with the application of the caulking agent, a finish failure due to surface hardening during the operation does not occur.

Further, by working while adjusting the amount of protrusion from the pressure absorbing portion 7, there is an effect of preventing excessive and insufficient amounts of extrusion of the caulking agent, and a stable and beautiful coking process can be performed.

In addition, labor can be reduced because tools and materials used during work can be reduced.

Moreover, the waste of the curing tape and the protruding caulking agent is reduced, and the cost can be reduced.

Moreover, the adapter 4 is used between the inlet 3 and a caulking gun, etc., and the cleaning property after use is good by making it a split type.

(形状説明)FIG. 1 is a schematic perspective view of a caulking nozzle device according to an embodiment of the present invention, partially broken away. (実施例1)FIG. 2 is a perspective view of an embodiment of the present invention. (実施例2)FIG. 3 is a side sectional view of an embodiment of the present invention. (Example 2)

The caulking nozzle device of the present invention is used to perform a caulking process in a three-dimensional finished shape in order to maintain watertightness at a lap joint portion between sheet metals used for a roof of a building or the like.

The nozzle device 1 described with reference to the perspective view of FIG. 2 is attached to a caulking gun or the like via the adapter 4, the grounding portion 5 is pressed against the caulking processing surface 10 so as to straddle the joint portion 9, and the caulking agent is extruded. While moving in the working direction.

A space formed between the molding part 2 bent into a caulking finish shape and the coking treatment surface 10 by the pressure from a caulking gun or the like, which will be described using the side sectional view of FIG. A caulking agent is extruded and injected into the molding part 2. The injected caulking agent protrudes from the pressure absorbing portion 7 having a large opening area. The protruding caulking agent is guided into the pressure absorbing portion 7 by the guide plate 8 by moving the nozzle device 1 in the working direction, and the caulking agent molded into a finished shape is discharged from the discharge portion 6 to complete the processing. .

By deliberately releasing the pressure from the caulking gun, etc. to the pressure absorption part 7, pressure fluctuations, etc. that occur when the levers of the caulking gun, etc. are re-grown, are absorbed, preventing protrusion to the grounding part 5 (Fig. 2). This eliminates the need to apply a curing tape. By moving the nozzle device 1 in the working direction, the caulking agent is pressed by the taper shape of the forming portion 2 and formed into a finished shape. In addition, by working while adjusting the amount of protrusion from the pressure absorbing portion 7, a stable coking process can be performed.

In addition, in order to improve cleanability after use, the upper part of the inlet 3 (FIG. 1) is a male screw having the same screw diameter and pitch as that of a caulking gun or the like, and caulked through an adapter 4 having female screws at both ends. Connected to the gun, but may be integrated.

The adapter 4 can be easily manufactured by processing the nozzle attached to the caulking cartridge etc. (welding with a lighter, torch, etc.) and can be made disposable. it can.

Further, if the screw diameter of the adapter 4 is changed, it can be used for a caulking gun having a different screw diameter.

In addition, if a small spatula or the like is used as an auxiliary, it can also be used in a mountain (valley) bent part of a caulking processing line or an intersecting place.

A space formed between the molding part 2 bent into a caulking finish shape and the coking treatment surface 10 by the pressure from a caulking gun or the like, which will be described using the side sectional view of FIG. A caulking agent is extruded and injected into the molding part 2. The injected caulking agent protrudes from the pressure absorbing portion 7 which is close to the inlet 3 and has a large opening area, but is guided into the pressure absorbing portion 7 by the guide plate 8 by moving the nozzle device 1 in the working direction. Then, the caulking agent pressed by the molding unit 2 and molded into a finished shape from the discharge unit 6 is discharged, and the processing is completed.

Further, by providing the molding unit 2 for molding the caulking agent by the movement of the nozzle device 1 and working while adjusting the amount of protrusion from the pressure absorbing unit 7, a stable coking process is possible.
