Abstract
【解決手段】発光ダイオード110を利用した灯器具において、ヒートシンクが形成されたボディー200に空気が流動される空気流動部220が形成され、かつヒートパイプ500が空気流動部に隣接して形成されることにより、熱伝導効率を高め、発熱性能を画期的に高める構成とした。

Claims (7)
- 多数個の発光ダイオード(110)が一定間隔をおいて配置され、空気が流動されるように一定領域が中空された第1中空部が少なくとも一つ以上形成される基板(100)と、
前記基板(100)の一側に備えられて発光ダイオード(110)から発生した熱が伝達されるヒートシンク(210)が形成され、前記第1中空部に対応するように中空される空気流動部(220)が形成されるボディー(200)と、
前記基板(100)の他側で前記ボディー(200)と結合されて前記基板(100)を保護し、前記第1中空部及び空気流動部に対応するように中空された第2中空部(301)が形成される保護手段(300)と、を含んで形成されることを特徴とする、発光ダイオードを利用した灯器具。 - 前記灯器具(1000)には、前記空気流動部(220)が上下方向に連通するように前記ボディー(200)を固定する固定手段(400)が形成されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の発光ダイオードを利用した灯器具。
- 前記空気流動部(220)は、複数個の中空ホール(221)の組み合わせからなることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の発光ダイオードを利用した灯器具。
- 前記発光ダイオードを利用した灯器具(1000)は、前記ボディー(200)と基板(100)との間にヒートパイプ(500)をさらに備えていることを特徴とする、請求項3に記載の発光ダイオードを利用した灯器具。
- 前記ボディー(200)には、前記ヒートパイプ(500)が安着される安着部(230)が凹状に形成されることを特徴とする、請求項4に記載の発光ダイオードを利用した灯器具。
- 前記ヒートパイプ(500)が前記空気流動部(220)に隣接して形成されることを特徴とする、請求項1乃至5のいずれかに記載の発光ダイオードを利用した灯器具。
- 前記ヒートパイプ(500)の一定領域が前記空気流動部(220)領域に位置することを特徴とする、請求項1乃至5のいずれかに記載の発光ダイオードを利用した灯器具。
