Abstract
【解決手段】本発明のハイブリッド車両の駆動制御装置は、エンジン1の駆動力により発電する発電機(2)と、発電機(2)で発電された電力を蓄電可能なバッテリ3と、上記発電機(2)およびバッテリ3の少なくとも一方から電力の供給を受けて車両を駆動する走行用モータ4と、運転状態に基づき走行用モータ4の要求電流値を算出し、算出された要求電流値に応じた電力を発電するようにエンジン1および発電機を制御する発電制御手段23とを備える。発電制御手段23は、所定レベル以上の加速要求があった場合に、上記走行用モータ4の要求電流値Im1よりも所定量大きい電流値Ig1を上記発電機(2)に発生させ、その差分からなる余剰電流Isを上記インバータ5を介して上記バッテリ3に充電させる発電量増大制御を実行する。

Claims (7)
- エンジンと、エンジンの駆動力により発電する発電機と、発電機で発電された電力を蓄電可能なバッテリと、上記発電機およびバッテリの少なくとも一方から電力の供給を受けて車両を駆動する走行用モータと、上記発電機およびバッテリと上記走行用モータとの間に設けられたインバータと、車両の運転状態を判定する運転状態判定手段と、運転状態判定手段により判定された運転状態に基づき上記走行用モータの要求電流値を算出し、算出された要求電流値に応じた電力を発電するように上記エンジンおよび発電機を制御する発電制御手段とを備えたハイブリッド車両の駆動制御装置であって、
上記運転状態判定手段により所定レベル以上の加速要求があると判定されると、上記発電制御手段は、上記走行用モータの要求電流値よりも所定量大きい電流値を上記発電機に発生させ、その差分からなる余剰電流を上記インバータを介して上記バッテリに充電させる発電量増大制御を実行することを特徴とするハイブリッド車両の駆動制御装置。 - 請求項1記載のハイブリッド車両の駆動制御装置において、
上記インバータとバッテリとの間の送電ラインに対し並列に設けられた抵抗器付きのバイパスラインを備え、
上記発電量増大制御の際には、上記余剰電流が上記バイパスラインを通じてバッテリに充電されることを特徴とするハイブリッド車両の駆動制御装置。 - 請求項2記載のハイブリッド車両の駆動制御装置において、
上記送電ラインがメインリレーを備え、
上記バイパスラインが、上記抵抗器と、車両の始動時に上記メインリレーよりも先に閉成されて上記インバータ内の平滑コンデンサをプリチャージするプリチャージリレーとを備え、
上記発電量増大制御の際には、上記メインリレーが開成されるとともに上記プリチャージリレーが閉成されることを特徴とするハイブリッド車両の駆動制御装置。 - 請求項2または3記載のハイブリッド車両の駆動制御装置において、
上記バイパスラインの抵抗器の温度を検出する温度検出手段を備え、
上記発電制御手段は、上記温度検出手段により検出された抵抗器の温度が所定値以上になると、上記発電量増大制御の実行を禁止することを特徴とするハイブリッド車両の駆動制御装置。 - 請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載のハイブリッド車両の駆動制御装置において、
上記発電制御手段は、上記発電量増大制御の際に、上記バッテリの充電量が低いほど、上記バッテリに充電される余剰電流をより大きく設定することを特徴とするハイブリッド車両の駆動制御装置。 - 請求項1記載のハイブリッド車両の駆動制御装置において、
上記発電制御手段は、上記バッテリの温度状態に応じて上記発電量増大制御を実行または禁止することを特徴とするハイブリッド車両の駆動制御装置。 - 請求項1記載のハイブリッド車両の駆動制御装置において、
上記発電制御手段は、上記発電量増大制御の継続時間を所定時間に制限し、上記バッテリに充電される余剰電流が大きいほど上記所定時間を短く設定することを特徴とするハイブリッド車両の駆動制御装置。
