Description
本発明は、強靭で柔かい穿孔不織ウェブに、さらに詳細には、使い捨て吸収体に使用して好適な、強靭で柔らかい不織ウェブに関わる。
おむつや、成人失禁用製品のような使い捨て吸収体は、当分野においてよく知られる。このような吸収体は、装着者によってその上に集積させられた尿や大便物質を収集・保持する。
本発明は、おむつのような使い捨て吸収体のトップシートとして使用されてもよい不織ウェブである。この不織ウェブは、各々接着領域を有する、第1または中央ゾーンと、少なくとも1つの第2または外方ゾーンを備える。同ウェブは、1つの中央ゾーンと、一対の外方ゾーンを備えることが好ましい。前記外方ゾーンの接着領域は、前記中央ゾーンの接着領域よりも大きい。中央ゾーンは、少なくとも約10%の効果的開放領域と、少なくとも0.2平方ミリメートルの効果的サイズを持つ複数の開孔を有する。
ここで使用されている「吸収体」という用語は、身体排泄物を吸収・包含する装置、より詳細には、身体から排泄される各種排泄物を吸収・包含するために、装着者の身体に密着して、または、近接して設置される装置を指す。ここで使用されている「使い捨て」という用語は、吸収体として洗濯、その他の回復、または再使用を意図されることのない吸収体を記述するのに使用される(すなわち、1回の使用後の廃棄を意図されるが、好ましくは、再使用、肥料用、またはその他の環境適合的やり方で処理されることが意図される)。「一体型」吸収体とは、吸収体であって、同吸収体において、別個の部分がまとめられて統合された実体を形成し、それによって、別個のホルダーやライナーのような別個の操作部品が必要とされない、そのような別個の部品から形成される吸収体を指す。
Claims (17)
- 不織ウェブであって、
前記ウェブは第1ゾーンと少なくとも一つの第2ゾーンを有し、前記第1ゾーンと前記第2ゾーンとは接着領域を有し、前記第2ゾーンの接着領域は、前記第1ゾーンの接着領域よりも大であり、前記第1ゾーンは、少なくとも約10%の効果的開放領域と、少なくとも0.2平方ミリメートルの効果的サイズを持つ複数の開孔を有している、
ことを特徴とする不織ウェブ。 - 前記第1ゾーンは中央ゾーンを備え、かつ、前記第2ゾーンは外方ゾーンを備えている、請求項1に記載のウェブ。
- 前記ウェブは一対の外方ゾーンを備えている、請求項2に記載のウェブ。
- 前記中央ゾーンは、少なくとも約15パーセントの効果的開放領域を有する、請求項2または請求項3に記載のウェブ。
- 前記中央ゾーンは、少なくとも1.0平方ミリメートルのサイズを持つ複数の開孔を有している、請求項2または請求項3に記載のウェブ。
- 前記中央ゾーンは、12%未満の接着領域を有している、請求項2乃至5のいずれか1項に記載のウェブ。
- 前記中央ゾーンは、5%から12%の接着領域を有している、請求項2乃至5のいずれか1項に記載のウェブ。
- 前記外方ゾーンは、15%を越える接着領域を有している、請求項2乃至5のいずれか1項に記載のウェブ。
- 前記外方ゾーンは、15%から25%の接着領域を有している、請求項2乃至5のいずれか1項に記載のウェブ。
- 請求項1乃至9の1つに従ったウェブを備える液体透過性トップシートを備える使い捨て吸収体。
- 前記トップシートに接合されるバックシートと、前記トップシートと前記バックシートの間に位置付けられる吸収コアとをさらに備えることを特徴とする、請求項10に記載の使い捨て吸収体。
- 接着不織ウェブの形成法であって、前記方法は、
a)ウェブを、第1即ち中央ゾーンにおいて接着領域で接着する工程、
b)ウェブを、少なくとも一つの第2即ち外方ゾーンにおいて、中央ゾーンの接着領域よりも大きな接着領域で接着する工程、
c)前記中央ゾーンを、同中央ゾーンが複数の開孔を持つように開孔する工程、
を備える方法。 - 前記中央ゾーンは、少なくとも約10パーセントの効果的開放領域を有する、請求項12に記載の方法。
- 前記開孔は、少なくとも0.2平方ミリメートルの効果的サイズを有する、請求項12に記載の方法。
- 前記中央ゾーンは、12%未満の接着領域を有する、請求項12乃至14のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記外方ゾーンは、15%よりも大きな接着領域を有する、請求項12乃至14のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記ウェブは一対の外方ゾーンを備える、請求項12乃至14のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
