Abstract

<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electric plug with a dust protector which automatically prevents dust to an electrode simultaneously when a plug body is inserted into the electric plug. <P>SOLUTION: A fan shaped silicone rubber of 1 mm thickness having a premised 8 mm dust protector is wound to the whole plug toward the electric plug in a tip of electrode of the plug. As a preventing measure of returning back on the wound surface, a pressure-sensitive silicone rubber sheet of 0.5 mm thickness is wound to adhesion and fixing. 本発明は、このような従来の構成が有していた問題を解決しようとするものであり、コンセントとプラグ間を接触半ばにしても、効果的に電極露出部に埃の付着しない安定的防塵具付き電気プラグ本体を実現することを目的とするものである。Therefore, there were the following problems.

以下、本発明の実施の形態を図１〜図４に書いて説明する。
（イ）プラグ本体（１）と電極二点（２ａ）までを電気絶縁のシリコーンゴムシート（４）で巻き、設けている。但し、シリコーンゴムシート（４）は、プラグ先端部より８ｍｍまで出すことに限定されている。
（ロ）さらに、シリコーンゴムシート（４）の巻き戻り防止策として、表面上に粘着性シリコーンゴムシート（６）を、シリコーンゴムシート（４）より２ｍｍ出し、巻いて固着する。
（ハ）プラグ本体（１）の下部にある凹部は、ずれ防止として、輪ゴム（６）を固く巻いて設けているものである。
本発明は、以上の構成により成り立っている。
本発明を使用するときは、上記プラグ本体（１）の先端部に突きでた、二点の電極（２ａ）に付着する埃防止を目的とするものである。
プラグ（１）と電極部を扇状厚さ１ｍｍのシリコーンゴムシート（４）をプラグ先端部より電極露出部（２ａ）までを、８ｍｍと規定し、１回巻きとしているので巻き戻る止めとし、扇状粘着性厚さ０．５ｍｍのシリコーンゴムシート（５）２ｍｍを前方に出し、前記シート（４）巻きの表面上に巻くことにより、この結果、巻き戻ることなく、完全に固着されている。
また、２ｍｍを余分に出した粘着性シリコーンゴム（５）により、不完全差しこみでは、自動的に電源がカットされ、コンセントから抜け落ちる構造になっているので、これを正常に強く差しこむことにより、電流が流れ、安全性の高いプラグにより、火災防止の効果を発揮することができるのである。Embodiments of the present invention will be described below with reference to FIGS.
