Claims (20)
- 使い捨ての分析マイクロプロセッサ装置であって、前記使い捨ての分析マイクロプロセッサ装置は感知計器と可逆係合可能であり、その結果、前記使い捨ての分析マイクロプロセッサ装置および前記感知計器がデータを双方向転送することが可能であり、かつ、前記使い捨ての分析マイクロプロセッサ装置が、
a)少なくとも1つの記憶されたバッチ固有の使い捨て消耗品パラメータ値と、
b)マイクロプロセッサと、
c)前記感知計器から受け取ったデータを前記記憶されたバッチ固有のデータと組み合わせて使用して検体濃度値を計算し、前記値を前記感知計器に転送できる、少なくとも1つの自己実行可能なアルゴリズムとをさらに含む、装置。 - 前記装置が、前記マイクロプロセッサを含むワンチップマイクロコンピュータを含む、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記可逆係合が、前記データの直列、並列、またはその組合せの双方向転送を可能にする、請求項1〜2のいずれかに記載の装置。
- 前記可逆係合が電気的接続性を提供し、さらに前記マイクロプロセッサに、前記感知計器内の発振器からのクロックパルスを提供する、請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載の装置。
- 前記可逆係合が光学的なものであり、かつ、前記データの直列、並列、またはその組合せの双方向転送を可能にする、請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載の装置。
- 前記自己実行可能なアルゴリズムが参照テーブル変換または数学的関数近似に基づき、前記数学的関数が、一次関数、多項式関数、対数関数、指数関数、および三角関数から構成される群から選択される、請求項1〜5のいずれかに記載の装置。
- 前記記憶されたバッチ固有のパラメータ値または前記自己実行可能なアルゴリズムが、前記ワンチップマイクロコンピュータの内部メモリ内、または前記使い捨ての分析マイクロプロセッサ装置内の別個のRAM、ROM、EPROM、もしくはEEPROMベースのメモリチップ内に記憶される、請求項1〜6のいずれかに記載の装置。
- 前記記憶されたバッチ固有のパラメータ値が、使い捨て消耗品のバッチの固有の検体計算性能、数学的近似式、暗号化鍵、ASCIコードの検体名、前記生産バッチ番号、前記バッチ生産日、前記バッチ有効期限日、許容測定数、検体識別データ、それぞれの個々の使い捨て消耗品が使用された日、エンドユーザパッケージ内に残っている使い捨て消耗品の数、前記使用された感知計器の個々の識別番号、前記感知計器の操作者の個々の識別、測定/タイミングプロトコル、および高低警報レベルの検体濃度値から構成される群から選択される少なくとも1つのパラメータに関連する情報から構成される、請求項1〜7のいずれかに記載の装置。
- 前記記憶されたパラメータ値が、前記マイクロプロセッサと前記感知計器との間の確実なデータ転送のために暗号化された鍵をさらに含む、請求項1〜8のいずれかに記載の装置。
- 前記装置が、リアルタイムクロックおよびカレンダを収容して前記自己実行可能なアルゴリズムに内部日時情報を提供する電池式の電子日付チップをさらに含む、請求項1〜9のいずれかに記載の装置。

- 請求項1に記載の装置および感知計器から構成される、生化学サンプル中の検体の定量的かつ定性的な測定のためのシステム。
- 前記感知計器が、前記検体にさらしたときの前記使い捨て消耗品内の透磁率の変化を測定し、前記使い捨ての試薬バイアル瓶またはストリップ内で化学的または物理的反応が現れたことを示す信号を前記マイクロプロセッサに出力する手段をさらに含む、請求項12に記載のシステム。
- 前記感知計器が、前記検体にさらしたときの使い捨ての試薬バイアル瓶またはストリップ内の吸収度、偏光、蛍光、電気化学ルミネセンス、混濁度、比濁、または屈折率測定などの光学的変化を測定し、前記使い捨て消耗品内で化学的または物理的反応が現れたことを示す信号を前記マイクロプロセッサに出力する手段をさらに含む、請求項12〜13のいずれかに記載のシステム。
- 前記感知計器が、前記検体にさらしたときの使い捨ての試薬バイアル瓶またはストリップ内の電流測定、偏光測定、または導電率測定などにおける電気化学的変化を測定し、前記使い捨て消耗品内で化学的または物理的反応が現れたことを示す信号を前記マイクロプロセッサに出力する手段をさらに含む、請求項12〜14のいずれかに記載のシステム。
- 前記感知計器が、前記検体にさらしたときの使い捨ての試薬バイアル瓶またはストリップ内の質量変化を測定し、前記使い捨て消耗品内で化学的または物理的反応が現れたことを示す信号を前記マイクロプロセッサに出力する手段をさらに含む、請求項12〜15のいずれかに記載のシステム。
- 前記感知計器が、前記検体にさらしたときの使い捨ての試薬バイアル瓶またはストリップ内の圧電変化または表面プラズモン効果を測定し、前記使い捨て消耗品内で化学的または物理的反応が現れたことを示す信号を前記マイクロプロセッサに出力する感知手段をさらに含む、請求項12〜16のいずれかに記載のシステム。
- 前記感知計器が、前記検体にさらしたときの前記使い捨て消耗品を用いて、グルコース、アルブミン、ヘモグロビン(HbおよびHbA1C)、ミオグロビン、トロポニン(IおよびT)、CK−MB、クレアチニンキナーゼ(CK)、dダイマ、β型ナトリウム利尿ペプチド(BNPおよびプロBNP)、n末端プロホルモンペプチド(NT−proBNP)、C反応性蛋白(hsCRPおよびCRP)、シスタチンC、プロトロンビン、活性化部分トロンボプラスチン(APTT)、HCG、LH、FSH、PSA、TSH、T3、T4、AFP、CEA、低密度リポ蛋白(LDL)、高密度リポ蛋白(HDL)、トリグリセリド、コレステロール、抗体、連鎖球菌A、ヘリコバクターピロリ、サルモネラ、クラミジア、ジアルジア、コレラ、肝炎(A、B、およびC)、アデノウイルス、ロタウイルスという検体のいずれかまたはこれらの任意の組合せを測定し、前記使い捨て消耗品内で化学的または物理的反応が現れたことを示す信号を前記プロセッサチップに出力する感知手段をさらに含む、請求項12〜17のいずれかに記載のシステム。
- 前記感知計器が、リアルタイムクロックおよびカレンダを収容して前記自己実行可能なアルゴリズムに日時情報を提供する電子日付チップをさらに含む、請求項12〜18のいずれかに記載のシステム。
- 生化学サンプル中の検体濃度を測定する方法であって、
a)生化学サンプルを使い捨て消耗品に塗布するステップと、
b)前記使い捨て消耗品を請求項12〜19のいずれかに記載の前記装置に導入するステップとを含む、方法。
