Description
Claims (11)
- 液体源から液体を受け取るための上流における間欠式液体供給装置(10)、
間欠式液体供給装置(10)から液体を間欠的且つ定量的に受け取るための下流における液体貯蔵装置(20)、および
上流における間欠式液体供給装置(10)と下流における液体貯蔵装置(20)を連結するパイプ(30)を含む液体曝気システムであり、
前記パイプ(30)の出口が液体貯蔵装置(20)の液面下に位置しており、上流における間欠式液体供給装置(10)中の液体は、上流と下流の間の液位差を利用して、前記パイプ(30)を通じて下流における液体貯蔵装置(20)に間欠的且つ定量的に流入することにより、パイプ(30)中の気体を液体貯蔵装置(20)中の液体に注入させることを特徴とする液体曝気システム。 - 間欠式液体供給装置(10)から液体貯蔵装置(20)に一回毎に流入する液体量とパイプ(30)中の気体量との体積比は、1:1〜1:6である請求項1に記載の液体曝気システム。
- 前記間欠式液体供給装置(10)は、液体供給槽(10a)と液体供給槽(10a)中に設置された回転可能な転倒板(13)とを含むものであり、
転倒板(13)が元の場所にある時に、液体供給槽(10a)は、当該転倒板(13)により、液体を受け取って貯蔵するための第一部分(11)と前記パイプ(30)の入口とつながっている第二部分(12)に仕切らされており、
第一部分(11)に貯蔵された液体が一定程度まで増加する時に、転倒板(13)が元の場所から一定の角度を回転して、第一部分(11)に貯蔵された液体は第二部分(12)に流入した後、前記パイプ(30)を通じて下流における液体貯蔵装置(20)に流入する請求項1に記載の液体曝気システム。 - 前記転倒板(13)は、ヒンジ軸(14)にて前記液体供給槽(10a)の側壁にヒンジされ且つ当該ヒンジ軸(14)によりヒンジ軸の下に位置する転倒板下部とヒンジ軸の上に位置する転倒板上部に仕切られており、前記転倒板下部が転倒板上部より重く、また転倒板上部が転倒板下部より長いものであり、
また、前記転倒板(13)は、転倒板下部が前記液体供給槽(10a)の第二部分(12)への回転を阻止するための阻止構造(15)、および転倒板上部が前記液体供給槽(10a)の第二部分(12)への回転角度を制限するための位置制限構造(16)を有するものである請求項3に記載の液体曝気システム。 - 前記間欠式液体供給装置(10)は、液体供給槽(10a)と液体供給槽(10a)中に設置された回転可能な転倒マス(13)とを含むものであり、
転倒マス(13)が元の場所にある時に、当該転倒マス(13)が液体を受け取って貯蔵するために用いられており、
転倒マス(13)に貯蔵された液体が一定程度まで増加する時に、転倒マス(13)が元の場所から一定の角度を回転して、転倒マス(13)に貯蔵された液体は液体供給槽(10a)に流入した後、前記パイプ(30)を通じて下流における液体貯蔵装置(20)に流入する請求項1に記載の液体曝気システム。 - 前記転倒マス(13)は、ヒンジ軸(14)にて前記液体供給槽(10a)の側壁にヒンジされ且つ当該ヒンジ軸(14)によりヒンジ軸の左側に位置する転倒マス左部とヒンジ軸の右側に位置する転倒マス右部に仕切られており、前記転倒マス左部が転倒マス右部より重く、また転倒マス右部が転倒マス左部より長いものであり、
また、前記転倒マス(13)は、転倒マス左部が下への回転を阻止するための阻止構造(15)、および転倒マス右部が下への回転角度を制限するための位置制限構造(16)を有するものである請求項5に記載の液体曝気システム。 - 前記システムは、前記パイプ(30)の入口部分(31)において、パイプ(30)に流入された液体を攪拌して当該液体をパイプ(30)中の気体と充分に混合させるための液体攪拌器(40)を更に含むものである請求項1に記載の液体曝気システム。
- 前記システムは、前記パイプ(30)の入口部分(31)において、液体吹き付け方式でパイプ(30)に噴入して当該液体をパイプ(30)中の気体と充分に混合させるための噴液器を更に含むものである請求項1または7に記載の液体曝気システム。
- 前記液体攪拌器(40)は、パイプの入口部分において、回転可能に設置されたインペラ(41)を含むものであり、パイプ(30)に流入した液体がインペラ(41)の羽を衝突してインペラ(41)を回転させることにより、液体を攪拌する請求項7に記載の液体曝気システム。
- 前記パイプ(30)がZ字形または螺旋形である請求項1に記載の液体曝気システム。
- 液体が乱流の形でパイプ(30)を流れる請求項1に記載の液体曝気システム。
