Description
−放電と再充電を頻繁に行う必要がある、
−長寿命が求められる、
−重さ又は容積が限定されている、
−有毒性材料又は爆発性材料の使用が不可能である、及び/又は
−環境管理が困難である
−エンジンに結合された入力シャフトと、被駆動ユニットに結合された出力シャフトとを有する可変速比トランスミッション装置と、
−第1のカップリングがフライホイールに結合され、第2のカップリングが電気機械に結合された3つの入力/出力カップリングを備える3方向動力分割トランスミッション装置とを備えるパワートレインであって、
前記3方向動力分割トランスミッション装置の第3の入力/出力カップリングが、前記エンジン及び前記可変速比トランスミッション装置の前記入力シャフトに機械的に結合されることを特徴とする、パワートレインを開示する。
いずれの場合も、動力分割装置34に(上記の規則に基づいて)正のトルクが加わる。その結果、負のトルクが主駆動系から動力分割装置34に伝達される(このことは、逆に、正のトルクが動力分割装置34からフライホイール38に伝達されることを意味する。つまり、主駆動系が最初に正の方向に回転しているということは、主駆動系が加速して、実際に或る程度の追加のエネルギが得られることを意味する。繰り返しになるが、上記より明らかなように、エネルギ回収システムは、機械的にも電気的にも動作するので、2つの態様、機械的な態様及び電気的な態様の2つの態様において伝達及び蓄積される。
Claims (18)
- エンジン(12)に結合された入力シャフト(16)と、被駆動ユニット(25)に結合された出力シャフトとを有する可変速比トランスミッション装置(18)と、
第1のカップリングがフライホイール(38)に結合され、第2のカップリングが電気機械(42)に結合された3つの入力/出力カップリング(36、40、44)を有する3方向動力分割トランスミッション装置(34)とを備えるパワートレインであって、
前記3方向動力分割トランスミッション装置(34)の第3の入力/出力カップリングは、前記エンジン(12)及び前記可変速比トランスミッション装置(18)の前記入力シャフト(16)に機械的に結合されていることを特徴とする、パワートレイン。 - 前記動力分割トランスミッション装置(34)は、サンホイール(37)、該サンホイールと同軸のリングホイール(41)、及び、該サンホイール及び該リングホイールと同軸のキャリア(43)を有する遊星ギヤであり、
前記サンホイール、前記リングホイール、及び、前記キャリアは、共通の軸のまわりを中心に互いに対して回転自在であり、
前記キャリアは、前記サンホイールと前記リングホイールの両方と噛合する回転自在の遊星ホイール(45)を担持している、請求項1に記載のパワートレイン。 - 前記フライホイール(38)は、減速ギヤを介して前記動力分割トランスミッション装置(34)の前記第1の出力に結合される、請求項1又は2に記載のパワートレイン。
- 前記減速ギヤは、更に遊星ギヤ(64)を備える、請求項3に記載のパワートレイン。
- 前記第1の電気機械(42)は、電気補助装置(54、56)、及び/又は蓄電手段(52)、及び/又は電気抵抗器(53)に電気的に接続される、請求項1乃至4のいずれかに記載のパワートレイン。
- 前記被駆動ユニット(25)に機械的に結合された第2の電気機械(58)を更に備える、請求項1乃至5のいずれかに記載のパワートレイン。
- 前記第2の電気機械(58)は、前記可変速比トランスミッション装置(18)の前記入力(16)に機械的に結合される、請求項6に記載のパワートレイン。
- 前記可変速比トランスミッション装置は、離散変速比ギヤボックス(18)である、請求項1乃至7のいずれかに記載のパワートレイン。
- 前記離散変速比ギヤボックスは機械式、又はオートマチックギヤボックスである、請求項8に記載のパワートレイン。
- 前記離散変速比ギヤボックスは、自動化された機械式ギヤボックスである、請求項8に記載のパワートレイン。
- 前記エンジン(12)は、少なくとも1つのクラッチ機構(20、22)を介して前記可変速比トランスミッション装置(18)の前記入力に結合される、請求項1乃至10のいずれかに記載のパワートレイン。
- 前記フライホイール(38)に機械的に結合された第3の電気機械(60)を備える、請求項1乃至11のいずれかに記載のパワートレイン。
- 前記フライホイール(38)と前記3方向動力分割トランスミッション装置(34)とは、エンジン(12)上に固定されたハウジング(62)内に同軸に組み込まれる、請求項1乃至12のいずれかに記載のパワートレイン。
- 前記第1の電気機械(42)は、前記ハウジング(62)内に同軸に取り付けられる、請求項13に記載のパワートレイン。
- 前記第1の電気機械(42)は、前記フライホイール(38)の軸と平行に取り付けられる、請求項13に記載のパワートレイン。
- 前記第2の電気機械(58)は、前記ハウジング(62)内の同軸に取り付けられる、請求項6又は7と組み合わせた請求項13乃至15のいずれかに記載のパワートレイン。
- 前記フライホイール(38)は、前記遊星ギヤ(34)の前記サンギヤ(37)に結合され、前記エンジン(12)は、前記衛星ギヤキャリア(43)に結合され、前記第1の電気機械(42)は、前記リングギヤ(41)に結合される、請求項2と組み合わせた請求項1又は3乃至16のいずれかに記載のパワートレイン。
- ブレーキ(46)が前記3方向動力分割トランスミッション装置の前記第2の入力/出力カップリング(40)に、前記第1の電気機械(42)と並列又は直列に結合される、請求項1乃至17のいずれかに記載のパワートレイン。
