第1厚さを持つ細長い部材を全体にチューブ状の基材の周囲に巻き付けてヘリックスを形成する工程と、
カバーを前記ヘリックスの少なくとも一部に被せて配置する工程と、
前記カバーを前記基材及び前記ヘリックスのうちの少なくとも一方に結合する工程と、
前記第1厚さよりも大きい第2厚さを持つ支持部材を前記カバーに連結する工程とを含む、方法。
