Description
Claims (15)
- 細長いモータ組立体を囲むハンドピース外部筐体を備え、細長いモータ組立体が、モータ出力シャフト軸を中心として回転するモータ出力シャフトを有し、ハンドピース外部筐体がまた、モータ出力シャフト軸に対してほぼ平行に延在する内部流体通路を囲み、内部流体通路がまた、細長いモータ組立体の側部にほぼ沿って延在し、調節可能な流れ制御弁を有する流れ制御部が、ハンドピース外部筐体内に取り付けられ、調節可能な流れ制御弁が、ハンドピース外部筐体の内部流体通路と交差し、細長いモータ組立体のモータ出力シャフトが、ハンドピース駆動シャフトに機械的に接続され、ハンドピース駆動シャフトが、ハンドピース駆動シャフト軸を中心として回転可能であり、ハンドピース駆動シャフト軸が、モータ出力シャフト軸からオフセットされ、ハンドピース駆動シャフトが、駆動シャフト流体通路を有し、駆動シャフト流体通路が、ハンドピース外部筐体の内部流体通路と流体連通する、医療用ハンドピース。
- ハンドピース駆動シャフト軸が、駆動シャフト流体通路の長さに沿って延在し、ハンドピース駆動シャフト軸が、ハンドピース外部筐体の内部流体通路に沿って延在する、請求項1に記載の医療用ハンドピース。
- ハンドピース外部筐体の遠位部分上に配置された第1ボタン組立体と、ハンドピース外部筐体の近位部分上に配置された第2ボタン組立体とをさらに備える、請求項1に記載の医療用ハンドピース。
- 第1ボタン組立体が、ハンドピース外部筐体の上方部分上にあり、第2ボタン組立体が、ハンドピース外部筐体の下方部分の上にある、請求項3に記載の医療用ハンドピース。
- 第1ボタン組立体のボタンおよび第2ボタン組立体のボタンが、ハンドピースの単一の機能を制御するように、第1ボタン組立体および第2ボタン組立体がそれぞれ、第1の機能を有するボタンを備える、請求項3に記載の医療用ハンドピース。
- 第1ボタン組立体および第2ボタン組立体がそれぞれ、接触ボタン構造を有する、請求項3に記載の医療用ハンドピース。
- ハンドピース外部筐体が、コレット機構が中に配置された筐体延長部が接続される遠位端を備える、請求項1に記載の医療用ハンドピース。
- コレット機構が、ロック位置に付勢され、半径方向に可動な構成要素の一部に接触するボタンを押し下げることによって非ロック位置に移動可能な半径方向に可動な構成要素を備える、請求項5に記載の医療用ハンドピース。
- 半径方向に可動な構成要素が、内側円周面を有するリングを備え、リングが、リングの内側円周面の一部のみから内側に向かって延在するリブを有する、請求項6に記載の医療用ハンドピース。
- リブが、リングの第1の部分上に配置され、ボタンが、リングの対向する部分に接触する、請求項7に記載の医療用ハンドピース。
- ハンドピース駆動シャフトに接続された駆動ハブをさらに備える、請求項1に記載の医療用ハンドピース。
- 駆動ハブとハンドピース駆動シャフトのうちの一方が穴を有し、他方がスロットを有し、駆動ハブが、ハンドピース駆動シャフトに対して限定された範囲にわたって軸方向に可動であるように、穴とスロットの両方の中を通ってピンが延在する、請求項11に記載の医療用ハンドピース。
- 駆動ハブがハンドピース駆動シャフトに対して遠位の軸方向に付勢されるように、駆動ハブの一部と、ハンドピース駆動シャフトの一部との間に取り付けられたばねをさらに備える、請求項12に記載の医療用ハンドピース。
- モータ出力シャフトが、ハンドピース駆動シャフト歯車と噛み合うモータ歯車を担持し、ハンドピース駆動シャフトが、第1軸受および第2軸受によって支持され、ハンドピース駆動シャフト歯車が、第1軸受と第2軸受の間に置かれる、請求項1に記載の医療用ハンドピース。
- 近位シール組立体が、第1軸受の近位に配置され、遠位シール組立体が、第2軸受の遠位に配置される、請求項14に記載の医療用ハンドピース。
