Abstract
【解決手段】工具本体は少なくとも一つの装着面と装着面に対して傾斜に延長するネジ山が形成された孔を備える。貫通する装着孔を有する少なくとも一つの切削挿入体が装着面に除去可能に固定される。ネジが装着孔を介して前記ネジ山が形成された孔に締結されることによって切削挿入体を工具本体に除去可能に固定する。装着孔の壁面は、ネジの頭部と少なくとも一つの第1の接触部と少なくとも一つの第2の接触部で接触する。少なくとも一つの第1の接触部は前記装着孔の縦軸に沿って前記少なくとも一つの第2の接触部と異なる高さで形成される。第1の接触部と前記第2の接触部での接触角は互いに異なる。

Claims (11)
- 少なくとも一つの装着面と前記装着面から遠くなる方向へ延長するネジ山が形成された孔を備える工具本体と、
前記装着面に除去可能に固定され、貫通する装着孔を有する少なくとも一つの切削挿入体と、
前記装着孔を介して前記ネジ山が形成された孔に締結されることによって前記切削挿入体を前記工具本体に除去可能に固定するネジと、を備え、
前記ネジ山が形成された孔は前記装着面に対して傾斜しており、
前記装着孔の壁面は、前記ネジの頭部と少なくとも一つの第1の接触部と少なくとも一つの第2の接触部で接触し、前記少なくとも一つの第1の接触部は前記装着孔の縦軸に沿って前記少なくとも一つの第2の接触部と異なる高さで形成され、前記第1の接触部と前記第2の接触部での接触角は互いに異なる、切削工具。 - 前記第1の接触部は、約60°の接触角を提供し、前記第2の接触部は約40°の接触角を提供する、請求項1に記載の切削工具。
- 前記第1の接触部は、前記装着孔の縦軸に沿って前記第2の接触部より低く配置される、請求項2に記載の切削工具。
- 前記装着孔の壁面は、前記ネジの頭部と少なくとも一つの第3の接触部でさらに接触し、前記少なくとも一つの第1の接触部、前記少なくとも一つの第2の接触部及び前記少なくとも一つの第3の接触部は、前記ネジの頭部周り全体に亘って連続する接触線を形成する、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の切削工具。
- 前記装着孔は、中央に対して対称である、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の切削工具。
- 前記切削挿入体は、直六面体形状であり、前記装着孔の上端部と下端部は円形であり、中央部は角が丸い長方形である、請求項5に記載の切削工具。
- ネジが貫通する装着孔を有して前記ネジにより工具本体に装着されて工具の切削刃を提供する切削挿入体であって、
前記装着孔の壁面は、前記ネジの頭部と少なくとも一つの第1の接触部と少なくとも一つの第2の接触部で接触し、前記少なくとも一つの第1の接触部は前記装着孔の縦軸に沿って前記少なくとも一つの第2の接触部と異なる高さで形成され、前記第1の接触部と前記第2の接触部での接触角は互いに異なる、切削挿入体。 - 前記装着孔の壁面は、前記ネジに対して前記第1の接触部が約60°の接触角を提供し、前記第2の接触部が約40°の接触角を提供する幾何学的形状を有する、請求項7に記載の切削挿入体。
- 前記第1の接触部は、前記装着孔の縦軸に沿って前記第2の接触部より低く配置される、請求項8に記載の切削挿入体。
- 前記装着孔の壁面は前記ネジに対して少なくとも一つの第3の接触部をさらに提供し、前記少なくとも一つの第1の接触部、前記少なくとも一つの第2の接触部及び前記少なくとも一つの第3の接触部は閉曲線を形成する、請求項7〜9のいずれか1項に記載の切削挿入体。
- 前記切削挿入体は、直六面体形状であり、前記装着孔は中央に対して対称であり、上端部と下端部は円形であり、中央部は角が丸い長方形である、請求項7〜9のいずれか1項に記載の切削挿入体。
