Abstract
【解決手段】運転しているエンジンへの燃料噴射が停止されているときに燃料噴射を再開する際に、バルブ開フラグFが値1のとき,即ち、EGRバルブの開度が過剰空気導入開度EBref以上であるときには値α1に補正係数k1を乗じたものや値α2に補正係数k2を乗じたものを増量補正量αとして設定し(ステップS130,S150,S160,S180)、基本吸入空気量Qfbに増量補正量αを加えたものを目標燃料噴射量Qf*として設定すると共に目標燃料噴射量Qf*で燃料噴射が行なわれるよう燃料噴射弁126を駆動する(ステップS190)。これにより、より適正に燃料噴射を再開してエンジンの自立運転や負荷運転を開始することができる。

排気の吸気系への供給量を調整するバルブを開いて排気を前記吸気系に再循環する排気再循環装置を有する内燃機関と、
前記内燃機関の吸入空気量を検出する吸入空気量検出手段と、
運転している前記内燃機関への燃料噴射が停止されているときに前記内燃機関への燃料噴射を再開する際に、前記排気再循環装置のバルブの開度が所定開度未満であるときには前記検出された吸入空気量に基づいて理論空燃比となるよう設定される基本燃料噴射量に第1増量補正量を加えた燃料噴射量で前記内燃機関への燃料噴射が開始されるよう前記内燃機関を制御し、前記排気再循環装置のバルブの開度が前記所定開度以上であるときには前記基本燃料噴射量に前記第1増量補正量より大きく設定された第2増量補正量を加えた燃料噴射量で前記内燃機関への燃料噴射が開始されるよう前記内燃機関を制御する制御手段と、
を備えることを要旨とする。

運転している前記内燃機関への燃料噴射が停止されているときに前記内燃機関への燃料噴射を再開する際に、前記排気再循環装置のバルブの開度が所定開度未満であるときには前記内燃機関の吸入空気量に基づいて理論空燃比となるよう設定される基本燃料噴射量に第1増量補正量を加えた燃料噴射量で前記内燃機関への燃料噴射が開始されるよう前記内燃機関を制御し、前記排気再循環装置のバルブの開度が前記所定開度以上であるときには前記基本燃料噴射量に前記第1増量補正量より大きく設定された第2増量補正量を加えた燃料噴射量で前記内燃機関への燃料噴射が開始されるよう前記内燃機関を制御する
ことを特徴とする。
排気の吸気系への供給量を調整するバルブを開いて排気を吸気系に再循環する排気再循環装置を有するものであれば如何なるものとしても構わない。「吸入空気量検出手段」としては、エアフローメータ148に限定されるものではなく、内燃機関の吸入空気量を検出するものであれば如何なるものとしても構わない。「制御手段」としては、運転しているエンジン22への燃料噴射が停止されているときに燃料噴射を再開する際に、バルブ開フラグFが値0のときには値α1や値α2を増量補正量αとして設定して基本吸入空気量Qfbに増量補正量αを加えたものを目標燃料噴射量Qf*として設定すると共に目標燃料噴射量Qf*で燃料噴射が行なわれるよう燃料噴射弁126を駆動したりバルブ開フラグFが値1のときには値α1に補正係数k1を乗じたものや値α2に補正係数k2を乗じたものを増量補正量αとして設定して基本吸入空気量Qfbに増量補正量αを加えたものを目標燃料噴射量Qf*として設定すると共に目標燃料噴射量Qf*で燃料噴射が行なわれるよう燃料噴射弁126を駆動するものに限定されるものではなく、運転している内燃機関への燃料噴射が停止されているときに内燃機関への燃料噴射を再開する際に、排気再循環装置のバルブの開度が所定開度未満であるときには検出された吸入空気量に基づいて理論空燃比となるよう設定される基本燃料噴射量に第1増量補正量を加えた燃料噴射量で内燃機関への燃料噴射が開始されるよう内燃機関を制御し、排気再循環装置のバルブの開度が所定開度以上であるときには基本燃料噴射量に第1増量補正量より大きく設定された第2増量補正量を加えた燃料噴射量で内燃機関への燃料噴射が開始されるよう内燃機関を制御するものであれば如何なるものとしても構わない。また、「吸気圧検出手段」としては、吸気圧センサ158に限定されるものではなく、吸気系における吸入空気の圧力である吸気圧を検出するものであれば如何なるものとしても構わない。「バルブ検査実行手段」としては、アクセルオフに伴ってスロットルバルブ124の開度を開度Thfcにすると共にEGRバルブ164が全閉された状態でエンジン22における燃料噴射制御や点火制御が停止されている最中に、EGRバルブ164の検査を実行するためのバルブ検査実行条件が成立したときに、スロットルバルブ124の開度を開度Thfcで維持するようスロットルモータ136を駆動制御したりEGRバルブ164を閉弁したときの開始閉じ時吸気圧Pstaと終了閉じ時吸気圧PendとEGRバルブ164を開弁したときの開き時吸気圧Popnとを用いてEGRバルブ164の正常動作を判定するものに限定されるものではなく、運転している内燃機関への燃料噴射を停止している最中にバブルの正常動作を検査するための所定の検査条件が成立したときに、内燃機関への燃料噴射の停止を継続した状態で内燃機関のスロットルバルブの開度を予め設定された所定開度にすると共に排気再循環装置のバルブを開弁する開弁制御と排気再循環装置のバルブを閉弁する閉弁制御とを伴って検出された吸気圧に基づいてバルブの正常動作を検査するバルブ検査を実行するものであれば如何なるものとしても構わない。車両において、「発電機」としては、同期発電電動機として構成されたモータMG2に限定されるものではなく、誘導電動機など、動力を入出力可能なものであれば如何なるものとしても構わない。「3軸式動力入出力手段」としては、上述の動力分配統合機構30に限定されるものではなく、ダブルピニオン式の遊星歯車機構を用いるものや複数の遊星歯車機構を組み合わせたものやデファレンシャルギヤのように遊星歯車とは異なる差動作用を有するものなど、車軸に連結された駆動軸と内燃機関の出力軸と前記発電機の回転軸との3軸に接続され、3軸のうちのいずれか2軸に入出力される動力に基づいて残余の軸に動力を入出力するものであれば如何なるものとしても構わない。 「電動機」としては、同期発電電動機として構成されたモータMG2に限定されるものではなく、誘導電動機など、駆動軸に動力を入出力可能なものであれば如何なるものとしても構わない。
Claims (6)
- 排気の吸気系への供給量を調整するバルブを開いて排気を前記吸気系に再循環する排気再循環装置を有する内燃機関と、
前記内燃機関の吸入空気量を検出する吸入空気量検出手段と、
運転している前記内燃機関への燃料噴射が停止されているときに前記内燃機関への燃料噴射を再開する際に、前記排気再循環装置のバルブの開度が所定開度未満であるときには前記検出された吸入空気量に基づいて理論空燃比となるよう設定される基本燃料噴射量に第1増量補正量を加えた燃料噴射量で前記内燃機関への燃料噴射が開始されるよう前記内燃機関を制御し、前記排気再循環装置のバルブの開度が前記所定開度以上であるときには前記基本燃料噴射量に前記第1増量補正量より大きく設定された第2増量補正量を加えた燃料噴射量で前記内燃機関への燃料噴射が開始されるよう前記内燃機関を制御する制御手段と、
を備える内燃機関装置。 - 請求項1記載の内燃機関装置であって、
前記吸気系における吸入空気の圧力である吸気圧を検出する吸気圧検出手段と、
運転している前記内燃機関への燃料噴射が停止されている最中に前記バルブの正常動作を検査するための所定の検査条件が成立したときに、前記内燃機関への燃料噴射の停止を継続した状態で前記内燃機関のスロットルバルブの開度を予め設定された所定開度にすると共に前記排気再循環装置のバルブを開弁する開弁制御と前記排気再循環装置のバルブを閉弁する閉弁制御とを伴って前記検出された吸気圧に基づいて前記バルブの正常動作を検査するバルブ検査を実行するバルブ検査実行手段と、
を備え、
前記制御手段は、前記バルブ検査実行手段によりバブル検査が実行されている最中に前記内燃機関への燃料噴射を再開する際に、前記排気再循環装置のバルブの開度が前記所定開度未満であるときには前記基本燃料噴射量に前記第1増量補正量を加えた燃料噴射量で前記内燃機関への燃料噴射が開始されるよう前記内燃機関を制御し、前記排気再循環装置のバルブの開度が前記所定開度以上であるときには前記基本燃料噴射量に前記第2増量補正量を加えた燃料噴射量で前記内燃機関への燃料噴射が開始されるよう前記内燃機関を制御する手段である

前記制御手段は、前記内燃機関の負荷運転を開始するために前記内燃機関への燃料噴射を再開する際に前記排気再循環装置のバルブの開度が前記所定開度以上であるときには前記基本燃料噴射量に前記第2増量補正量を加えた燃料噴射量で前記内燃機関への燃料噴射が開始されるよう前記内燃機関を制御し、前記内燃機関の自立運転を開始するために前記内燃機関への燃料噴射を再開する際に前記排気再循環装置のバルブの開度が前記所定開度以上であるときには前記基本燃料噴射量に前記第2増量補正量と異なる第3増量補正量を加えた燃料噴射量で前記内燃機関への燃料噴射が開始されるよう前記内燃機関を制御する手段である

前記駆動軸に動力を入出力可能な電動機と、
を備える車両。 - 排気の吸気系への供給量を調整するバルブを開いて前記排気を吸気系に再循環する排気再循環装置を有する内燃機関を備える内燃機関装置の制御方法であって、
