Description

The present invention relates to a frame body for a seat back of a vehicle seat mounted on a vehicle such as a vehicle.

A vehicle seat usually includes a seat cushion and a seat back, and the seat back includes a frame body, a pad attached to the frame body, and an outer skin attached to the surface of the pad. The frame body has, for example, a plate-like panel member and a pipe-like pipe member. A pipe member is arrange | positioned along the outer periphery of a panel member, and is fixed to the front side of a panel member (refer patent document 1).

Japanese Patent No. 3912832

However, the pipe member may be recognized as a foreign object by the user due to a thin pad or the like. Therefore, it is conceivable to reduce the diameter of the pipe member. However, in this case, there arises a problem that the strength of the frame body is lowered. Therefore, an object of the present invention is to provide a seat back frame body for a vehicle seat that is difficult to be recognized as a foreign object by a user and has high strength.

In order to solve the above-mentioned problems, the present invention is a vehicle seat back frame body having a configuration as described in each claim. According to the first aspect of the present invention, there is provided a seat back frame body having a panel member and a pipe member, and the pipe member has a hollow portion that is recessed from a user seated on the seat to the panel member side. Yes. A reinforcing member is arranged on the user side of the hollow portion, and the reinforcing member has an attachment portion that extends to the panel member and is attached to the panel member.

Therefore, a part of the pipe member is moved away from the user side by the depression. Therefore, it becomes difficult for the user to recognize the pipe member as a foreign object. Further, the pipe member may be reinforced by the reinforcing member, although the strength may decrease due to the recessed portion. That is, the reinforcing member is arranged on the user side with respect to the pipe member and is fixed to the panel member. Further, a pipe member is fixed to the panel member. For this reason, the vicinity of the recess is effectively reinforced by the reinforcing member.

According to the invention described in claim 2, the reinforcing member has the fixing portion fixed to the pipe member. Therefore, the reinforcing member is attached to the panel member and is also fixed to the pipe member. Therefore, the reinforcing member is supported at at least two points, and the force received by the reinforcing member can be transmitted to the panel member and the pipe member. Therefore, the strength in the vicinity of the recess can be reliably reinforced by the reinforcing member.

According to the invention described in claim 3, the pipe member has the upper and lower side portions and the left and right side portions extending along the upper and lower edges and the left and right edges of the panel member, and the depression is formed in the lower portion. . By the way, the user sitting on the seat tends to project the vicinity of the waist to the frame body side. And the waist part vicinity is located in the lower part of a frame body, ie, the vicinity of the lower part of a pipe member. Therefore, a pipe member can be effectively kept away from a user by forming a hollow part in the lower part of a pipe member.

According to invention of Claim 4, a reinforcement member has a pair of attachment part attached to a panel member in any one of the up-down position or the left-right position of a hollow part, and adheres to a pipe member in any other group It has a pair of fixed parts. Therefore, the reinforcing member can reliably reinforce the vicinity of the recess.

An embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to FIGS. As shown in FIG. 1, the vehicle seat 10 is a seat that is mounted on a vehicle such as a vehicle, and is, for example, a rear seat disposed at the rear of the vehicle. The vehicle seat 10 includes a seat cushion 10a and two seat backs 10b and 10c. The seat backs 10b and 10c are attached to the vehicle body at a rear portion of the seat cushion 10a so as to be tiltable. The seat back 10b has a width of about 1.5 times that of the seat back 10c.

As shown in FIGS. 1 and 5, the seat backs 10 b and 10 c include a frame body 1 (1 a and 1 b), pads 8 (8 a and 8 b) attached to the frame body 1, and a skin 9 (9 a that covers the surface of the pad 8. 9b). As shown in FIG. 2, the frame bodies 1 a and 1 b include pipe-like pipe members 2 and 5 and plate-like panel members 3 and 6.

As shown in FIG. 2, the panel members 3 and 6 have a plurality of vertical ribs 3a and 6a extending in the vertical direction. The vertical ribs 3 a and 6 a swell on the front side (front side), and the bulge height is lower than the diameter of the pipe members 2 and 5. A plurality of through holes 3e and 6e are formed in the vertical ribs 3a and 6a for weight reduction. Anchors 3 g and 6 f are attached to the back surfaces of the upper regions of the panel members 3 and 6. The anchors 3g and 6f are opened by the openings 3b and 6b, and a child seat connecting band is hung thereon. Attachment portions 3d and 6d are formed on the left and right sides of the lower part of the panel members 3 and 6, respectively. The attaching portions 3d and 6d project downward and are attached to the vehicle body so as to be rotatable.

As shown in FIG. 2, the pipe members 2, 5 extend along the upper and lower side portions 2 a, 2 b, 5 a, 5 b extending along the upper and lower edges of the panel members 3, 6, and along the left and right edges of the panel members 3, 6. It has left and right side portions 2c, 2d, 5c, and 5d that extend. The pipe members 2 and 5 are annular, and both end portions are in contact with each other. The pipe members 2 and 5 are placed on the front side of the bases 3c and 6c formed on the panel members 3 and 6, respectively. The pedestals 3c and 6c swell toward the pipe members 2 and 5, and the pipe members 2 and 5 are fixed by welding.

The pipe members 2 and 5 are substantially cylindrical over the entire length, but have recesses 2e and 5e in part. The recess 2e is formed on the front side of the pipe member 2 by hitting the pipe member 2 from the front side as shown in FIG. The hollow portion 2e has a flat planar portion 2e1 and a pair of slope portions 2e2 positioned at the left and right positions of the planar portion 2e1. The slope 2e2 is inclined obliquely from the front side to the back side of the pipe member 2. The flat surface portion 2e1 extends between the pair of inclined surface portions 2e2 substantially in parallel with the front side of the pipe member 2, and is located closer to the panel member 3 than the front side of the pipe member 2.

As shown in FIG. 4, folded portions 2e3 are provided on the upper and lower portions of the flat portion 2e1. The folded portion 2e3 is folded from the upper and lower edges of the plane portion 2e1 and overlaps the plane portion 2e1 in the thickness direction. A curved surface portion 2f is provided on the back side of the hollow portion 2e. The curved surface portion 2f is arcuate and semicircular like the other pipe members 2. Accordingly, the pipe member 2 has a diameter on the front side smaller than that of the other part due to the recess 2e, and the diameter of the part having the recess 2e is approximately 1/3 to 2/3 of the other part. ing.

As shown in FIG. 2, the recessed portions 2e and 5e are formed in the lower side portions 2b and 5b of the pipe members 2 and 5, respectively. Thereby, the hollow parts 2e and 5e are arrange | positioned in the position corresponding to the waist part 15a of the user 15, as shown in FIG. As shown in FIG. 3, the flat portion 2 e 1 of the recess 2 e is longer in the left-right direction than the diameter of the pipe members 2, 5, and has a length that is, for example, 3 to 10 times the diameter.

As shown in FIG. 2, reinforcing members 4 and 7 are provided on the front side of the recesses 2e and 5e. The reinforcing members 4 and 7 are made of a metal plate, and have flat portions 4a and 7a, a pair of mounting portions 4b, 4c, 7b and 7c, and a pair of fixing portions 4d, 4e, 7d and 7e. The flat surface portion 4a is flat and is placed on the front side of the flat surface portion 2e1 of the recessed portions 2e and 5e. The plane part 4a is located in the hollow part 2e. An elongated hole 4a1 is formed in the planar portion 4a, and the planar portion 4a is fixed to the planar portion 2e1 of the pipe member 2 by welding using the elongated hole 4a1.

The attachment portions 4b, 4c, 7b, and 7c are positioned above and below the flat portions 4a and 7a as shown in FIG. As shown in FIG. 4, the attachment portions 4 b and 4 c include extension portions 4 b 2 and 4 c 2 that extend from the flat portions 4 a and 7 a toward the panel members 3 and 6, and contact portions 4 b 1 and 4 b that extend along the panel member 3. 4 a 1 and the contact portions 4 b 1 and 4 c 1 are spot-welded to the panel member 3. Since the panel members 3 and 6 and the pipe members 2 and 5 are spot-welded, if the abutting portions 4b1 and 4c1 and the panel member 3 are also fixed by spot welding, they can be fixed at a time and work efficiency is good. However, they can be fixed by arc welding instead of spot welding.

The fixed portions 4d, 4e, 7d, and 7e are located on the left and right sides of the flat portions 4a and 7a as shown in FIG. As shown in FIG. 3, the adhering portions 4d and 4e are in contact with the extending portions 4d2 and 4e2 that gradually and gradually extend from the flat portions 4a and 7a to the front side, and the front side of the pipe member 2 adjacent to the recessed portion 2e. The contact portions 4d1 and 4e1 are attached to the pipe member 2 by welding. The reinforcing member 7 is formed in the same manner as the reinforcing member 4.

As described above, the pipe members 2 and 5 have the recessed portions 2e and 5e that are recessed from the user side seated on the seat toward the panel members 3 and 6 as shown in FIGS. Reinforcing members 4 and 7 are arranged on the user side of the recesses 2e and 5e, and the reinforcing members 4 and 7 extend to the panel members 3 and 6 and are attached to the panel members 3 and 6, and mounting portions 4b, 4c and 7b. , 7c.

Accordingly, a part of the pipe members 2 and 5 is moved away from the user side by the recessed portions 2e and 5e. Therefore, it becomes difficult for the user to recognize the pipe members 2 and 5 as foreign matters. Further, the pipe members 2 and 5 may be reduced in strength due to the recessed portions 2e and 5e. For example, the cross-sectional secondary moment may be smaller than the other portions. However, the recesses 2e and 5e can be reinforced by the reinforcing members 4 and 7. That is, the reinforcing members 4 and 7 are arranged on the user side of the pipe members 2 and 5 and are fixed to the panel members 3 and 6. Further, pipe members 2 and 5 are fixed to the panel members 3 and 6. Therefore, the recesses 2e and 5e are effectively reinforced by the reinforcing members 4 and 7.

The reinforcing members 4 and 7 have fixing portions 4d, 4e, 7d and 7e fixed to the pipe members 2 and 5, as shown in FIGS. Accordingly, the reinforcing members 4 and 7 are attached to the panel members 3 and 6 and are also fixed to the pipe members 2 and 5. Therefore, the reinforcing members 4 and 7 are supported at at least two points, and the force received by the reinforcing members 4 and 7 can be transmitted to the panel members 3 and 6 and the pipe members 2 and 5. Therefore, the strength in the vicinity of the recesses 2e and 5e can be reliably reinforced by the reinforcing members 4 and 7.

As shown in FIG. 2, the pipe members 2 and 5 include upper and lower side portions 2a, 2b, 5a and 5b and left and right side portions 2c, 2d and 5c extending along the upper and lower edges and left and right edges of the panel members 3 and 6, respectively. , 5d, and depressions 2e, 5e are formed in the lower side portions 2b, 5b. By the way, as shown in FIG. 5, the user 15 sitting on the seat tends to project the vicinity of the waist 15a toward the frame body 1 side. And the waist part 15a vicinity is located in the lower part of the frame body 1, ie, the vicinity of the lower parts 2b and 5b of the pipe members 2 and 5, as shown in FIG. Therefore, by forming the recessed portions 2e and 5e in the lower side portions 2b and 5b of the pipe members 2 and 5, the pipe members 2 and 5 can be effectively moved away from the user.

The pipe members 2 and 5 are substantially cylindrical. As shown in FIG. 3, the hollow portion 2e has a substantially flat plane portion 2e1, and the reinforcing member 4 is fixed to the plane portion 2e1. Therefore, since the hollow part 2e has the plane part 2e1, it is difficult for a user to recognize it as a foreign material. In addition, since the reinforcing member 4 is fixed to the flat portion 2e1, the contact area is relatively easily increased, and the fixing strength is increased.

As shown in FIG. 2, the reinforcing members 4 and 7 have a pair of attachment portions 4b, 4c, 7b, and 7c attached to the panel members 3 and 6 at a set of the upper and lower positions of the recessed portions 2e and 5e. One set includes a pair of fixing portions 4d, 4e, 7d, and 7e fixed to the pipe members 2 and 5. Therefore, the reinforcing members 4 and 7 can reliably reinforce the vicinity of the recesses 2e and 5e.

Moreover, since the lower part of the frame body 1 is attached to the vehicle main body so as to be tiltable, the lower part tends to receive a large force. For example, when the vehicle receives an impact from behind, the frame body 1 is pushed forward by the load from behind. Alternatively, the weight of the user is applied to the frame body 1 through a seat belt or a child seat. These forces are applied to the lower portion of the frame body 1 as moments. On the other hand, reinforcement members 4 and 7 are provided at the lower part of the frame body 1. Therefore, the frame body 1 is effectively reinforced by the reinforcing members 4 and 7.

Moreover, the hollow part 2e is longer than the diameter of the pipe member 2, as shown in FIG. Therefore, the user can recognize the pipe members 2 and 5 as foreign matters sufficiently by the recess 2e. Moreover, since the contact area of the hollow part 2e and the reinforcement member 4 becomes large, these can contact stably. Moreover, the hollow part 2e has the plane part 2e1, as shown in FIG. Therefore, compared with the hollow part which replaces with the plane part 2e1 and has a curved-surface-shaped curved surface part, the hollow part 2e can be shape | molded easily.
